It is provided a method for producing an abrasion- and water-resistant multilayer panel, in particular an abrasion- and water-resistant flooring panel, including the steps: providing at least one plastic carrier plate, in particular a PVC carrier plate; applying at least one base coat to the surface of the plastic carrier plate; printing the plastic carrier plate by direct printing to form a decorative layer; applying at least one first cover layer to the printed decorative layer; uniformly scattering abrasion-resistant particles onto the at least one cover layer applied to the decorative layer; applying at least one second covering layer to the layer of scattered abrasion-resistant particles; optionally, introducing a structure into the at least second cover layer, applying at least one lacquer layer, and curing the layer structure.

Method for producing an abrasion-resistant wood material panel and production line therefor

The invention relates to a method for online quality control of decorative prints on substrate materials, including similarity comparisons of actual and target images and adjusting decorative prints if deviations of color values are detected. The method may include the steps of: a) producing a hyperspectral digital image of a print decoration; b) calibrating the print decoration via a hyperspectral digital image; c) producing and storing a digital target image of the print decoration; d) creating a first print decoration on a first substrate material; e) producing and storing a digital actual image of the printed decoration on the first substrate material; f) determining color deviations between the digital target image and the digital actual image via a computer program; and g) printing on at least one side of substrate materials so as to form a decorative layer. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out the method.

The disclosure relates to a method for finishing a panel, the method includes a) a relief embossed into the upper side in the form of at least one strip-shaped depression with a depth (T), b) a decorative paper applied to the upper side, c) an overlay paper applied to the decorative paper as an abrasion-resistant layer, d) the lower side provided with a backing layer, e) the structure pressed at a high pressure and temperature, and f) during the pressing, at least one strip-shaped depression again embossed in a second embossing without changing the depth (T). The disclosure relates to a method for finishing a wood board with an upper face and a lower face. A layer of liquid synthetic resin is first applied at least onto the upper face or the lower face, and at least one paper ply soaked with a synthetic resin is then applied. The structure is then pressed in a press under high pressure and at a high temperature, wherein the synthetic resin melts and is connected to the upper face or the lower face of the wood board. The invention is characterized in that the upper face and/or the lower face is provided while still having a press skin and in an ungrounded state, and the layer is applied so thinly that the liquid synthetic resin is completely drawn into the press skin, the layer is not actively dried, and the paper ply is positioned on the press skin.

The invention further relates to a device for performing said method.
