A housing for a traction battery of a hybrid or electric vehicle may include at least two housing parts and at least one coolant tube. The at least two housing parts may include a first housing part and a second housing part, which are separate from one another. Each of the housing parts may include a bottom and a plurality of side walls perpendicularly projecting from the bottom. The at least one coolant tube may be arranged between a first side wall of the first housing part and a second side wall of the second housing part. The at least two housing parts may each be glued to the at least one coolant tube via a respective adhesive layer of a plurality of adhesive layers such that the at least two housing parts are connected to one another via the at least one coolant tube.

Housing for a traction battery

A battery housing for a traction battery may include a first housing part and a second housing part fixed removably to each other. Battery modules of the traction battery may be fixable on the first housing part. The housing may also include a reinforcing structure having a plurality of reinforcing ribs reinforcing the first housing part, and a ducted structure with a plurality of coolant ducts for a coolant fixed on the first housing part. The plurality of coolant ducts may each be connectable to a respective temperature-control unit of a battery module in a coolant-conducting fashion. At least one of the coolant ducts may be at least partially embedded in one of the reinforcing ribs.

Battery housing for a traction battery

A battery module for a traction battery may include a module housing through which a coolant is flowable and at least one battery cell stack arranged within an interior space of the module housing. The at least one battery cell stack may include a plurality of battery cells arranged one after another along a stack direction. The plurality of battery cells may be arranged within the module housing such that a coolant flowable through the module housing directly contacts the plurality of battery cells. A locking mechanism may form-fittingly connect the at least one battery cell stack to the module housing via (i) a plurality of housing-side locking points and (ii) a plurality of stack-side locking points.

Battery module and a traction battery

An accumulator assembly for an electric or hybrid vehicle may include a housing including a housing upper part and a housing lower part releasably fixed to the housing upper part. The housing upper part may be fixable to a floor panel of the vehicle. The assembly may further include at least one battery module disposed in a receptacle space between the housing upper part and the housing lower part. The at least one battery module may be releasably fixed to the housing upper part.

Accumulator assembly for an electric hybrid vehicle

A filter element for at least one of a fresh air system and a ventilation and/or air-conditioning system of a motor vehicle may include a filter body including a folded filter material that laterally surrounds an internal space. A first end plate and a second end plate may be sealingly attached to the filter body at sides that are facing away from one another. A front plate may be arranged in a lateral region of the filter body. The front plate may include a first end plate joining region and a second end plate joining region facing the first end plate and the second end plate. The first and second end plate joining regions may be fused with a front-side end of the first and second end plates.
