A detecting method for blood is provided. The method includes the following steps. A sensing device including a base and at least one response electrode is provided, wherein the response electrode is spaced apart from a gate end of the base. Blood including blood cells and targets is disposed on the response electrode. The blood is separated into a first part and a second part, wherein the first part is in contact with the response electrode, and the blood cell count in the first part is less than that in the second part. A voltage is applied on the response electrode, such that an electric field is generated between the response electrode and the gate end of the base, and a detection current generated from the base is measured to detect a characterize of the targets.

Detecting method for blood

A tissue identification method including a preparation step and a detection step is provided. The preparation step includes preparing a biosensor which includes a transistor and a response electrode. The response electrode is spaced apart from the transistor relative to a gate terminal of the transistor. The detection step includes disposing a biological tissue sample to be identified on the response electrode, applying a pulse voltage that has a tunable pulse width and a tunable pulse height to the response electrode, resulting in a voltage difference between the response electrode and the gate terminal of the transistor, and measuring and calculating a detection current which is generated from the transistor in the pulse width, so as to obtain a first sensing indicator. In addition, a biosensor for tissue identification is also provided.

Tissue identification method and biosensor for tissue identification

A biosensor includes a transistor and a reactive electrode. The transistor has a source, a drain and a gate surface disposed therebetween. The reactive electrode is spaced apart from the gate surface of the transistor, has a receptor immobilized thereon for specific binding with an analyte in a liquid sample, and is configured to contact the liquid sample together with the gate surface of the transistor.

Biosensor and method for analyzing analyte concentration in a liquid sample

A method for analyzing concentration of a cardiovascular disease (CVD) biomarker in a liquid sample includes: applying the liquid sample to a biosensor, the biosensor including a transistor having a drain, a source, and a gate terminal disposed between the gate and the source, and a reactive electrode spaced apart from the gate terminal of the transistor and having a receptor immobilized thereon for specific binding with the CVD biomarker, the liquid sample being in contact with the gate terminal and the reactive electrode; applying a voltage pulse between the reactive electrode and the source, the voltage pulse having a pulse width; monitoring a response current in response to the voltage pulse; and analyzing the response current.
