Secure data analytics is provided via a process that identifies sensitive data fields of an initial dataset and mappings between the sensitive data fields and other data fields of the dataset, where analytics processing is to be performed on the initial dataset, then, based on an expectation of data fields, of the initial data set, to be used in performance of the analytics processing and on the identified sensitive data fields, selects and applies a masking method to the initial dataset to mask the sensitive data fields and produce a masked dataset, provides the masked dataset to an analytics provider with a request for the analytics processing, and receives, in response, a generated analytics function, generated based on the masked dataset, that is configured to perform the analytics processing, and invokes the generated analytics function against the initial dataset to perform the analytics processing on the initial dataset.

Secure data analytics

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for synchronizing an unaligned audio stream and a corresponding unaligned video stream of real time streaming media. A non-limiting disclosed method comprises performing, using a video classifier, video reference point classification of a video stream based on an audio-video dataset; performing, using an audio classifier, audio reference point classification of the audio stream based on the audio-video dataset. The system correlates object related reference points in video segments of the video stream and in audio segments of the audio stream to identify a set of audio-video synchronization candidates. The system compares context of the set of audio-video synchronization candidates to identify an audio-video synchronization candidate to synchronize the audio stream and video stream based on reference point alignment.

Asynchronous content analysis for synchronizing audio and video streams

An embodiment includes parsing an input dataset associated with a first node of a decision tree, where the input dataset includes a set of profile values for a set of projected usage parameters for a computing environment. The embodiment identifies a structure of the dataset using a recursive neural network that predicts a question sequence in a hierarchical tree format. The embodiment calculates a first deviation from the predicted question sequence and determines whether the deviation exceeds a threshold value. The embodiment generates a modified input dataset using a disambiguation rule and calculates a second deviation of the modified structure from the predicted question sequence and determines whether the deviation exceeds the threshold value. The embodiment assembles a customized hierarchical path using a generative model and assembles the customized hierarchical path by performing iterations of generating a series of candidate questions until a leaf node is reached.

The method computer program products, and systems can include, for instance: examining user browsing data from a browser plugin of a client computer device, the client computing device being associated to the user; determining a current activity classification of the user in dependence on the examining user browsing data from the browser plugin of the client computer device; in response to the current activity classification satisfying a criterion, performing web crawling to obtain crowdsourced product review data of one or more product, the crowdsourced product review data comprising data from product reviews by multiple reviewers other than the user and including data from reviews from multiple product review sites; subjecting the crowdsourced product review data to natural language processing for extracting data tags associated to respective product reviews of the crowdsourced product review data; determining prompting data in dependence on the extracting data tags associated to respective product reviews of the crowdsourced product review data; and communicating the prompting data to the user, the prompting data guiding the user in the authoring of a product review of a certain product.

A method includes: receiving, by a processor set, a cloud architecture document; converting, by the processor set, the cloud architecture document to a graph including nodes; determining, by the processor set, cloud environment information for the nodes by analyzing textual content of the nodes using natural language processing; determining, by the processor set, additional cloud environment information for the nodes using domain ontology data; and creating, by the processor set, an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) document based on the cloud environment information and the additional cloud environment information.

A computer-implemented method according to one embodiment includes building a knowledge graph of resource vendors. The method further includes identifying resources that are in relatively short supply in a host system, and determining, using a matching algorithm, a first of the resource vendors in the knowledge graph from which to temporarily lease the identified resources to the host system. The first resource vendor includes the identified resources and satisfies policy prerequisites of the host system. A lease is caused to be issued, from the first resource vendor to the host system, for the identified resources. A computer program product according to another embodiment includes a computer readable storage medium having program instructions embodied therewith. The program instructions are readable and/or executable by a computer to cause the computer to perform the foregoing method.

Augmenting user responses to queries

Disclosed are techniques for faceted search queries through interactive graphical objects. A text search query corresponding to a faceted search is received from a user, which is then parsed for keywords. Attributes associated with the keywords are then extracted and used to generate a graphical representation corresponding to the results associated with the text search query. Further user input to refine the query is provided through manipulation of the graphical representation by the user (such as dragging a leg of a table to change the length of legs on a table) corresponding to modification of one or more facets of the faceted search, narrowing the available search results corresponding to the faceted search.

An embodiment associates a user's post data that with a category from a predefined list of categories based on the post content. The embodiment analyzes, using machine learning, the post data for potentially sensitive content and generates a first sensitive data indicator identifying potentially sensitive information in the post data and an associated first confidence value. The embodiment generates explanatory data identifying a feature that contributed to the post data being identified as potentially sensitive, and generates a modified version of the post data that modifies the feature. The embodiment analyzes the modified post data for potentially sensitive content and generates a second sensitive data indicator and a second confidence value indicating that the post data is more likely to contain sensitive data than the modified post data. The embodiment alerts the user regarding the potentially sensitive data and recommends changing the post based on the modified feature value.

Recommending post modifications to reduce sensitive data exposure

Approaches presented herein enable dynamically determining a validity of a return. More specifically, a system obtains a return request from a customer, a transaction history of the customer, and a set of return policy rules. A generative adversarial network (GAN) trained to detect non-genuine returns is applied to the return request. The GAN uses, among other this, the transaction history of the customer and the set of return policy rules as parameters of the GAN. Based on an output of the GAN, at least one return processing action is recommended and implemented.

Dynamic return optimization for loss prevention based on customer return patterns

A method for chronologically aggregating media content for a specific topic from media content providers includes receiving multi-type media content relating to the specific topic, where the multi-type media content includes at least a first type of media content and a second type of media content. Determining a chronological sequence for the first portion of the first type of media content and the second portion of the second type of media content, where the first portion of the first type of media content occurs after the second portion of the first type of media content.
