Systems and techniques are provided for providing notification indicative of a breach of a dynamic operational parameter threshold. The dynamic operational parameter threshold is set based upon habits of inhabitants of an environment, which are observed via controlled sensors of the environment.

Electronic sensor management

A computer device and method for processing risk related data to affect changes to an insurance policy whereby one or more terms of an insurance policy associated with an insured and informatic data from a plurality of sensor devices are received by a computer processor. Analysis is performed on the received informatic data to determine a risk assessment value regarding the insured and/or other risks relevant to the insurance policy, such as a dwelling. Predefined business rules are then applied using at least the determined risk assessment value to determine if conditions have been met to allow or require modification of the insurance policy whereafter modification of one or more terms of the insurance policy is performed if the insurance policy associated with the insured permits modification.

Insurance policy modifications using informatic sensor data

A computer device and method for managing multiple electronic sensors is provided where a server received building condition data from a first sensor and analyzes the received data; upon the received data satisfying a threshold, the server activates a second sensor and receives a second set of building condition data and analyzes the received second set of data; upon the second set of data satisfying a second threshold, the server may determine a possible problem with the building and notify the homeowner; the server may further take corrective actions such as terminate the water or the electric supply for the building.
