The present disclosure relates to a valve device including a valve base having a discharge flow path through which a target fluid is discharged, a plunger configured to be rectilinearly movable from a first position at which the plunger closes the discharge flow path to a second position at which the plunger opens the discharge flow path, a solenoid configured to provide driving power for moving the plunger, and an anti-freezing member connected to the plunger and configured to prevent freezing of the target fluid in the discharge flow path by moving in the discharge flow path in conjunction with a movement of the plunger, thereby obtaining an advantageous effect of preventing the discharge flow path through which the target fluid is discharged from being clogged, and of improving safety and reliability.

Valve device having anti-freeze function

A fuel cell system includes: a supply flow path configured to supply reactant gas; a first branch flow path branching off from an outlet end of the supply flow path and configured to guide the reactant gas to a first fuel cell stack; a second branch flow path branching off from the outlet end of the supply flow path and configured to communicate with the first branch flow path and guide the reactant gas to a second fuel cell stack; and an inlet area change part disposed in a boundary zone between the first branch flow path and the second branch flow path and configured to selectively change inlet areas of the first and second branch flow paths. Efficiency in discharging condensate water is increased and performance and operational efficiency are improved.

The present disclosure provides an ejector nozzle and an ejector including the same. The ejector nozzle includes a first tube having a first flow path into which a fluid is introduced, and a second tube provided outside the first tube and having an inner diameter larger than an inner diameter of the first tube, the second tube defining a second flow path between the first tube and the second tube, in which the first tube further includes a communication port that penetrates the first tube to allow the first flow path to communicate with the second flow path and is openably and closable provided, and in which when the communication port is opened, a part of the fluid flowing in the first flow path is allowed to flow along the second flow path.

Ejector nozzle and ejector including same

A solenoid valve includes a plunger configured to be movable in two opposite directions, a damper member inserted into the plunger and having at least a part protruding outward from the plunger, and a pilot member disposed in a lower region of the plunger and having a pilot flow path formed therein, in which the damper member comes into close contact with the pilot member and closes the pilot flow path when the plunger moves downward by a predetermined distance toward the pilot member.

The present disclosure relates to a solenoid valve including: a valve seat having a valve flow path; a plunger; a support member disposed at an end of the plunger facing the valve flow path, the support member having an insertion hole into which the valve seat is inserted, and the support member being connected to a spring member configured to elastically support a movement of the plunger; a valve member seated in the support member; an inclined guide surface provided along a periphery of the valve seat; and an inclined recess provided in an inner wall surface of the insertion hole facing the inclined guide surface, in which the inclined recess and the inclined guide surface collectively define a movement path that communicates with the valve flow path, thereby obtaining an advantageous effect of improving stability and reliability.

The present disclosure provides an ejector nozzle and an ejector including the same. The ejector nozzle includes a first tube having a first flow path into which a fluid is introduced, and a second tube provided outside the first tube and having an inner diameter larger than an inner diameter of the first tube, the second tube defining a second flow path between the first tube and the second tube, in which the first tube further includes a communication port that penetrates the first tube to allow the first flow path to communicate with the second flow path and is openably and closably provided, and in which when the communication port is opened, a part of the fluid flowing in the first flow path is allowed to flow along the second flow path.

A solenoid valve includes: a valve housing having, at one end thereof, an inlet port through which a fluid is introduced and having, at the other end thereof, an outlet port through which the fluid is discharged; a solenoid provided in the valve housing and disposed between the inlet port and the outlet port; a first plunger provided at one end of the solenoid adjacent to the inlet port and configured to selectively open or close the inlet port by being rectilinearly moved by the solenoid; a first spring member configured to provide elastic force to allow the first plunger to move in a direction in which the first plunger closes the inlet port; a second plunger provided at the other end of the solenoid adjacent to the outlet port and configured to selectively open or close the outlet port by being rectilinearly moved by the solenoid in a direction opposite to the movement direction of the first plunger; and a second spring member configured to provide elastic force to allow the second plunger to move in a direction in which the second plunger closes the outlet port. The solenoid valve has a simplified structure while ensuring sealability.

An ejector has a variable nozzle structure and is installed in a fuel cell recirculation line to supply new hydrogen and a recirculation gas. The ejector includes: a first housing having a first hole through which hydrogen is supplied and an orifice through which the hydrogen is discharged; a second housing disposed in the first housing and having a second hole into which the hydrogen passing through the first hole flows; and a poppet penetrating a third hole defined at one side of the second housing. The poppet is configured to adjust an area of a space opened by the orifice discharging the hydrogen. The hydrogen flowing into the second housing is discharged through a space between the other side opposite to the one side of the second housing and the poppet to move to the orifice.

Ejector having a variable nozzle structure

A solenoid valve including: a valve housing; a solenoid; a first plunger configured to be selectively moved rectilinearly by the solenoid; a first valve member connected to the first plunger and configured to selectively open or close a first outlet flow path in accordance with the movement of the first plunger; a first spring member configured to provide elastic force to move the first valve member to close the first outlet flow path; a second plunger provided to be rectilinearly movable in the first plunger and configured to be selectively moved rectilinearly by the solenoid; a second valve member connected to the second plunger and configured to selectively open or close a second outlet flow path in accordance with the movement of the second plunger; and a second spring member configured to provide elastic force to move the second valve member to close the second outlet flow path.

A solenoid valve includes a valve housing having a first space that communicates with an inlet flow path and a second space that communicates with an outlet flow path. A solenoid is provided in the valve housing to surround the first space. A flow path guide is provided in the first space and has an inflow path communicating with the first space. A plunger is rectilinearly moved in the flow path guide by the solenoid. A valve member is connected to the plunger and opens or closes the outlet flow path based on a plunger movement. A spring member provides elastic force allowing the valve member to move in a direction in which the valve member blocks the outlet flow path. A fluid guide part is formed in the plunger and guides a fluid, supplied into the inflow path via the first space, selectively to the second space.

An apparatus for moving a shift rail of a transmission may include a control shaft provided to be moved in a direction perpendicular to a plurality of shift rails by an actuator, a plurality of rollers protruding from one selected among a corresponding one of the shift rails and the control shaft, the rollers being formed on one of facing sides of the shift rail and the control shaft, and a cam protruding in an S-shaped form from a remaining one selected among the corresponding shift rail and the control shaft, on which no roller is formed, the cam being provided to selectively move the shift rails in an axial direction by moving while coming into contact at opposite sides thereof with the rollers depending on a distance by which the control shaft is moved.
