Autonomous vehicle and service providing system and method using the same

Disclosed is a method of opening or closing the door of a vehicle including a getting-off zone partitioned by an inside door and an outside door. The method includes identifying user information of a passenger within the inside door, opening the inside door based on a result of a comparison between a stop location of the vehicle and a destination location corresponding to the user information, determining whether a passenger within the getting-off zone is a getting-off target, and opening the outside door based on a result of the determination.
