A method of manufacturing a wind turbine blade capable of being easily manufactured and improving structural strength. The method of manufacturing the wind turbine blade includes performing spar cap formation in which a first-type spar cap having a structure in which support plates including reinforcing fibers are stacked and a second-type spar cap including reinforcing fiber sheets are formed, performing shell formation in which a pressure side shell and a suction side shell are formed by injecting a resin in a state in which the first-type spar cap, the second-type spar cap, and a core panel are disposed between an inner skin and an outer skin, and performing shell assembly in which the pressure side shell is joined to the suction side shell.

Method of manufacturing wind turbine blade

A wind turbine blade capable of being easily manufactured and improving structural strength, and a wind turbine including the same are provided. The wind turbine blade includes an outer skin defining an external appearance, an inner skin spaced apart from the outer skin, a plurality of spar caps positioned between the outer skin and the inner skin and spaced apart from each other in a thickness direction of the blade, and shear webs configured to connect the plurality of spar caps, wherein at least one of the plurality of spar caps has a structure in which a resin is impregnated with reinforcing fiber sheets, and the other spar caps each have a structure in which support plates including reinforcing fibers are stacked.

A bullet head-collecting apparatus capable of easily collecting bullet heads and of controlling the extent to which the force of impact is absorbed depending on the kind of bullet head is disclosed. The bullet head-collecting apparatus includes a case configured to have a hexahedral shape with open front and upper faces, a cover plate removably mounted on the open upper face of the case, a buffer unit disposed in the case so as to absorb the force of impact of a bullet head, and a bullet head impact control unit, which includes at least one pair of first fixed brackets internally mounted on both lateral side surfaces of the case in front of the buffer unit and at least one first bullet head control plate removably fitted into the pair of first fixed brackets.

Apparatus for collecting warheads

The present invention relates to a device for collecting empty shells that have been used at a shooting range and specifically to an empty shell recovery device of low operating cost. To achieve the above, the empty shell recovery device according to an embodiment of the present invention is furnished with absorption panels that are isolated from each other and inserted into sliding grooves of side plates facing each other to enable replacement and absorb the kinetic energy of an empty shell, an empty shell collection part that is inserted into the rear of the side plate and furnished with an escape prevention panel that prevents empty shells from escaping, and an empty shell discharge part that collects empty shells falling from the empty shell collection part downward and discharges them. Thus empty shells used at a shooting range are collected and recycling of empty shells is made possible.
