A CDI type water treatment apparatus according to the present invention includes: a CDI filter unit which discharges purified water in a purification mode for purifying raw water, discharges recycle water in a recycle mode for recycling electrodes, and includes a water inlet port through which the raw water is introduced and a water outlet port through which the purified water or the recycle water is discharged; a supply unit for supplying the raw water to the CDI filter unit; a dispensing unit for dispensing the purified water to a user; a discharge unit for discharging the recycle water to the outside; a valve unit including a plurality of valves; and a control unit for controlling opening or closing the valves of the valve unit.

There is provided a water purifying filter assembly module that a water purifying filter can be easily released from or assembled with. The water purifying filter assembly module may include: a filter assembly head having a water purifying filter assembled on one side thereof, the filter assembly head configured such that water to be filtered flows into the water purifying filter and the water, filtered through the water purifying filter, is discharged to an outside thereof; and a module body having the filter assembly head rotatably provided therein, the water purifying filter being released from or assembled on the filter assembly head as the water purifying filter is aligned and rotates with the filter assembly head.

Disclosed are a cold water tank and a water treatment apparatus. The cold water tank includes a tank body, a water inlet pipe provided at the tank body to convey water into the tank body, a water outlet pipe provided at the tank body to convey the water out of the tank body, and including an air vent hole, and a floating member movably provided at the water outlet pipe to block the air vent hole when the water filling the tank body reaches a height of the air vent hole. The water in the upper portion of the tank body is prevented from passing through the air vent hole and draining through the water outlet pipe, thereby preventing the cooler water in the lower portion from mixing with the hotter water in the upper portion. Only the cooler water in the lower portion can be supplied to a user.
