A system, apparatus, and method for generating one or more path rules or combination or path rules for performing the operations of an application. According to various embodiments, a user terminal through an intelligence server may generate a path rule and may perform the operation of an application based on the path rule to provide a service. The user terminal may provide a user with the processing status of a user utterance and may receive an additional user input to process the user utterance. For example, when a keyword (or parameter) required to process the user utterance is insufficient, the user terminal may provide the user with a state requiring additional information and may output feedback corresponding to the insufficient state in order to receive the necessary information from the user.

Techniques herein prepare an alloy catalyst using a protective conductive polymer coating. More particularly, an alloy catalyst is prepared by: preparing a platinum catalyst supported on carbon; coating the surface of the platinum catalyst with a conductive polymer; supporting a transition metal salt on the coated catalyst; and heat treating the catalyst on which the transition metal salt is supported. Also, an alloy catalyst may be prepared by: preparing a platinum-transition metal catalyst supported on carbon; coating the surface of the platinum-transition metal catalyst with a conductive polymer; and heat treating the coated catalyst. Accordingly an alloy catalyst with superior dispersity can be prepared by increasing the degree of alloying of the catalyst through heat treatment while preventing the increase of catalyst particle size through carbonization of the conductive polymer. Additionally, the techniques herein reduce the requirement for the use of expensive metal, which reduces the manufacturing cost of a fuel cell. Moreover, is the techniques herein are applicable to the field of high-efficiency hydrogen fuel cells having superior electric catalytic activity and durability.
