A thermoplastic resin composition for automotive interior components and a molded article using the same. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: a base resin comprising about 55 wt % to about 90 wt % of a polycarbonate resin and about 10 wt % to about 45 wt % of a vinyl cyanide compound-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer; about 5 parts by weight to about 30 parts by weight of an impact modifier; and about 1 part by weight to about 8 parts by weight of a matting agent, each based on about 100 parts by weight of the base resin. The impact modifier includes a first impact modifier which is a core-shell type acrylic rubber-modified graft copolymer, and a second impact modifier which is a core-shell type diene-acrylic rubber-modified graft copolymer.

A polycarbonate resin composition and a molded article manufactured using the same. The polycarbonate resin composition includes: (A) a polycarbonate resin; (B) a vinyl cyanide compound-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer; (C) an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer including (C-1) a first acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer, a rubbery polymer of which has an average particle diameter of about 200 nm to about 350 nm and (C-2) a second acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer, a rubbery polymer of which has an average particle diameter of about 400 nm to about 600 nm; and (D) a compatibilizer.

Polycarbonate resin composition and molded article using the same

Disclosed herein is a thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: a matrix resin including a resin including a methyl methacrylate repeat unit; and an impact modifier, wherein the impact modifier includes a first core-shell type impact modifier including a butadiene rubber polymer core and a second core-shell type impact modifier including an acrylate rubber polymer core, and the second impact modifier is present in a greater amount than the first impact modifier. The thermoplastic resin composition can exhibit excellent properties in terms of weatherability, colorability, and gloss.

A transparent thermoplastic resin composition includes (A) a methylmethacrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer (g-MABS) which is a graft resin having a core-shell structure and including butadiene with an average particle size of about 700 to about 1800 &#x212b;; (B) a methylmethacrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer (g-MABS) which is a graft resin having a core-shell structure and including butadiene with an average particle size of about 2000 to about 4000 &#x212b;; (C) dimethyl polysiloxane; and (D) a base resin which includes (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester in an amount of about 40 to about 100% by weight.

Thermoplastic resin having high transparency and high impact strength and preventing low-temperature whitening

The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition that can have improved scratch resistance comprising: (A) about 10 to about 20% by weight of a rubber modified aromatic vinyl graft copolymer resin; (B) about 30 to about 50% by weight of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) resin; and (C) about 40 to about 60% by weight of an aromatic vinyl copolymer resin including about 5 to about 50% by weight of a (meth)acrylate alkyl ester. The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention can have a good balance of various properties such as scratch resistance, impact strength, colorability, gloss, and injection molding properties.
