The present invention provides a method for the synthesis of an injectable composition comprising a [F]-labelled pyridaben derivative that is amenable to automation. In particular, the method of the present invention comprises a method of purification carried out by means of solid phase extraction (SPE) alone.

Solid phase purification

The present invention provides a method for the synthesis of an injectable composition comprising a [F]-labelled pyridaben derivative that is advantageous over prior methods. In particular, the method of the present invention comprises a method of radiosynthesis that permits a more facile purification using solid phase extraction (SPE).

Stabilized radiolabelling reaction

The present invention relates to the field of radiopharmaceuticals for in vivo imaging, in particular to radiotracer compositions which comprisesF-labelled c-Met binding peptides. The invention provides said compositions, as well as associated automated methods of preparation and cassettes.

Radiotracer compositions and methods

The present invention relates to a method of radiochemical synthesis. Novel methods useful in the synthesis of a positron emission tomography (PET) tracer, and novel intermediates useful in said method are provided that have advantages over known methods.

Alkylation method

Method for the synthesis of 18F-labelled molecules

The present invention provides a method to prepare anF-labelled tricyclic indole compound comprising a solid-phase extraction (SPE) purification step. This method is particularly suitable for carrying out the radiofluorination method on an automated synthesizer. In addition to the radiofluorination method, the present invention provides a cassette designed to carry out the method on an automated synthesizer.
