A manufacturing method for a microphone is provided. The microphone includes a case that is vibrated by a vibration signal. A sound inlet through which a sound signal is input is formed at a portion of the case and a first sound element is formed in the case at a position corresponding to the sound inlet. The first sound element receives the sound signal and the vibration signal to output a first initial signal. A second sound element is formed to be adjacent to the first sound element and receives the vibration signal to output a second initial signal. A semiconductor chip is connected to the first sound element and the second sound element and receives the first initial signal and the second initial signal to output a final signal.

Microphone and manufacturing method thereof

A microphone includes an acoustic element including an acoustic hole; a case disposed below the acoustic element and including an acoustic inlet formed in a position corresponding to the acoustic hole; and a plurality of through holes formed between the acoustic element and the case and formed in a position corresponding to the acoustic hole.

A microphone and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The microphone includes: a main substrate in which a first sound hole is formed; a sound sensing module formed in the main substrate corresponding to the first sound hole; a semiconductor chip electrically connected with the sound sensing module and formed on the main substrate; a cover mounted to the main substrate, and in which a second sound hole is formed; and a sound delay filter mounted corresponding to the second sound hole, and in which a plurality of filter holes are formed.

The present disclosure provides a microphone including: a substrate having an acoustic hole; a vibrating electrode disposed on the substrate; and a fixing layer disposed on the vibrating electrode, wherein a central portion of the fixing layer corresponding to the acoustic hole of the substrate is formed upwardly convex.

A microphone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The microphone includes a substrate that has a cavity formed in a central portion thereof, and a diaphragm that is disposed on the substrate to cover the cavity and includes a first non-doped area formed at predetermined intervals. A microphone, a manufacturing method and a control method of the microphone are provided. The microphone includes an insulating layer bonded to a surface of a substrate in which a sound inlet is formed and includes a plurality of sound apertures. A diaphragm is formed at a position that corresponds to the sound inlet of the substrate on an upper surface of the insulating layer. A displacement adjusting layer is disposed in a circumference of the diaphragm on the upper surface of the insulating layer and is configured to adjust hardness of the diaphragm based on an input sound. A fixing layer is disposed on the diaphragm and the displacement adjusting layer while spaced apart from the diaphragm and the displacement adjusting layer.

A microphone apparatus is disclosed. A microphone apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment includes a vibration membrane disposed inside a case and formed on an upper surface of a main substrate; an acoustic component including an absorbing unit cut over a predetermined section toward the outside of a fixed membrane and having a predetermined pattern; a microphone module including a semiconductor chip electrically connected to the acoustic component inside the case; and a printed circuit board on which the microphone module is mounted.
