One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing communication by a user equipment (UE). The method comprises the steps of: receiving a downlink signal, wherein the downlink signal is received with channel bandwidth of 400 MHz, wherein the downlink signal is received via n263 frequency band, wherein the UE is power class 3 UE, wherein the transceiver is configured to satisfy a Radio Frequency (RF) requirement, wherein the RF requirement includes at least one of REFSENS (Reference Sensitivity) and EIS (Effective Isotropic Sensitivity) spherical coverage.

Standard for reception of a UE

One disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing communication by a user equipment (UE). The method comprises the steps of: determining transmission power; transmitting uplink signal via n263 frequency band, based on the transmission power, wherein the UE is power class 3 UE, wherein the transmission power is determined based on i) minimum peak EIRP (Effective Isotropic Radiated Power) of the UE and ii) EIRP related to spherical coverage.

Communication for vehicular device

A vehicle according to the present specification may comprise: a glass panel including a transparent region and an opaque region; and an antenna assembly disposed on the glass panel. The antenna assembly comprises: a first transparent dielectric substrate including a first surface and a second surface; first conductive patterns disposed on the first surface of the first transparent dielectric substrate; and second conductive patterns disposed on an inner surface of the glass panel. Second connection patterns of the second conductive patterns may be attached to first connection patterns formed on the first conductive patterns.

Antenna module disposed in vehicle

A vehicle comprises: a transparent dielectric substrate; a first area including an antenna on one side of the transparent dielectric substrate; and a second area including a ground conductive pattern and a feed pattern. The antenna comprises: a first conductive pattern including a closed loop trace; a second conductive pattern electrically connected to a second portion of the ground conductive pattern; and a slot which is surrounded by the first conductive pattern and includes a first slot area and a second slot area. The closed loop trace may include a first part, a second part, a third part, a fourth part, and a fifth part. The second part and the fourth part may be disposed on opposite sides. The first part and the third part may be disposed on opposite sides. The first part and the fifth part may be disposed on the same side.

Antenna module for placement in vehicle

The vehicle comprises: a metal frame having an opening formed therein; a glass panel including a transparent area and an opaque area; and an antenna assembly disposed on the glass panel. The antenna assembly comprises: a first dielectric substrate which is disposed on the transparent area of the glass panel, and which has a first transparent antenna and a second transparent antenna formed on one surface thereof, a second dielectric substrate which includes a first ground area and a second ground area, and which is disposed in a recessed portion of the metal frame and in the opaque area of the glass panel; and a slot pattern formed in a pattern area arranged between the first ground area and the second ground area.

This vehicle comprises: a transparent dielectric substrate including a first region and a second region; an antenna arranged in the first region of one side surface of the dielectric substrate; and a ground conductive pattern and a feed pattern arranged in the second region of the one side surface of the dielectric substrate. The antenna includes: a first conductive pattern including a first portion and a second portion; a second conductive pattern electrically connected to a first portion of the ground conductive pattern; a third conductive pattern including a third portion, a fourth portion, a fifth portion, and a sixth portion; and a fourth conductive pattern surrounding the first conductive pattern, the second conductive pattern, and the third conductive pattern on the one side of the dielectric substrate.

An antenna assembly includes a first layer realized as a dielectric substrate formed of a transparent dielectric material, and a second layer formed in a metal mesh shape on one surface of the dielectric substrate. The second layer includes a metal mesh radiator region configured with metal lines that realize an atypical mesh shape having a specific line-width or smaller in such a manner as to transmit and receive a wireless signal and an open area, and a dummy metal mesh region configured with metal lines and slits that realize an atypical mesh shape having a specific line-width or smaller.

An electronic device having an antenna, according to one embodiment, is provided. An antenna module of the electronic device is arranged on a side surface or at a display of the electronic device and can be configured to radiate a specific-directional polarized signal in the front or side direction of the electronic device. The antenna module comprises: a first array antenna arranged in a first region of a flexible substrate to radiate a signal of a millimeter wave band, and configured to form a beam in a first direction; and a second array antenna arranged in a second region adjacent to the first region, and configured to form a beam in a second direction, wherein the first region of the flexible substrate can be formed to be bent at a predetermined angle with respect to the second region.

A vehicle comprises: vehicular glass including a transparent region and an opaque region; a transparent dielectric substrate disposed in the transparent region of the vehicular glass; a first area including an antenna on one side surface of the transparent dielectric substrate; and a second area including a power supply pattern and a ground conductive pattern electrically connected to the antenna. The antenna may comprise: a first slot formed between a signal pattern and a first ground pattern and configured to radiate a first signal having a circularly polarized wave in a first frequency band; and a second slot formed between the first ground pattern and a second ground pattern and configured to radiate a second signal having a circularly polarized wave in a second frequency band lower than the first frequency band.

Provided is an electronic device having an antenna according to one embodiment. The electronic device may comprise: an antenna disposed on a substrate disposed inside the electronic device and operable to resonate in a plurality of frequency bands; and a feeding unit disposed on the substrate and composed of a feeding line feeding a signal to the antenna and a ground line operating as a ground. The antenna may comprise: a first radiator in which a first metal pattern connected to the feeding line and a second metal pattern connected to the ground line are formed in a first axial direction of the substrate; and a second radiator in which a third metal pattern connected to the feeding line is formed in a second axial direction of the substrate.

Electronic device having antenna

An antenna module according to an embodiment comprises: a first layer which is arranged on the front surface of a dielectric substrate, and which is composed of a radiator region having a metal mesh grid, and a dummy region having a dummy mesh grid formed of a plurality of patterns; and a second layer which is arranged on the rear surface of the dielectric substrate and which allows the metal mesh grid to operate as a ground. The plurality of patterns can form a first metal line to a fourth metal line, the first metal line and the third metal line can be parallel to each other, the second metal line can connect the first metal line to the third metal line, and the fourth metal line can be connected to a second end portion of the third metal line.

An electronic device having an antenna, according to one embodiment, is provided. The electronic device can include an antenna module which is disposed at the lower portion of a display region and which radiates a vertically polarized signal to the front surface of the electronic device. The antenna module can comprise: a slot array antenna disposed in a first region of a flexible substrate to radiate the vertically polarized signal in a millimeter-wave band; and a feeding portion disposed in a second region bent from the first region and in a third region bent from the second region, so as to apply a signal to each slot radiation element of the slot array antenna.

An antenna assembly according to an embodiment is provided. The antenna assembly may comprise: a first dipole antenna and a second dipole antenna that have conductive patterns formed on both sides thereof on a surface of a dielectric substrate; a slot antenna having a slot area formed inside a ground pattern disposed between the first dipole antenna and the second dipole antenna; a first feeding unit having a first co-planar wave guide (CPW) feeding line and a second CPW feeding line that are electrically connected to the first dipole antenna and the second dipole antenna on the same plane; and a second feeding unit electrically connected to the slot area on the same plane and disposed between the first CPW feeding line and the second CPW feeding line.
