Systems and methods for providing call verification to prevent voice phishing, comprising: receiving a first API call, wherein the first API call is a call request from a service provider to establish a call with a client device associated with a client of the service provider; verifying an identity of the service provider, wherein verifying the identity of the service provider comprises: generating a second API call; transmitting the second API to a verification system; and receiving verification of the service provider from the verification system; transmitting a notification to the client device that includes an indication that an incoming call is from a verified service provider; verifying the identity of the client; and establishing the call between the service provider and the client after both the identity of the service provider and the identity of the client are verified.

Systems and methods for providing call verification

A method of providing automatically updated content a messaging session is disclosed. The method comprising exchanging, via a user interface of a messaging system on a first user device, messages with one or more other user devices in the messaging session, wherein the user interface includes a first region for exchanging messages; initiating display of a plurality of selectable messaging objects that represent supplementary content that is periodically updated during the messaging session; receiving a first user selection of one of the displayed messaging objects to include during the messaging session; and embedding the supplementary content associated with the selected messaging object within the messaging session.

In some embodiments, the system may include a call processing system configured to transmit voice-based data generated during a telecommunication session between multiple participants, and a computerized virtual assistant system configured to analyze the voice-based data received to identify the presence of actionable commands, determine at least one service provider associated with the identified actionable command, generate and transmit at least one request for performance of the actionable command to the at least one service provider, receive, from each of the at least one service providers, a response to the at least one request for performance of the actionable command, and transmit, to the call processing system, a notification based on the responses received from the at least one service provider.

A method of providing automatically updated content in a messaging session is disclosed. The method comprising exchanging, via a user interface of a messaging system on a first user device, messages with one or more other user devices in a messaging session, wherein the user interface includes a first region for exchanging messages; initiating display of a list of services as selectable messaging objects that can be presented in association with the messaging session; receiving a first user selection of one of the displayed messaging objects to include in association the messaging session; and displaying content associated with the selected messaging object in association with the messaging session, wherein the content is updated periodically.
