A vehicle includes a communication device configured to request a neighboring vehicle for first data related to autonomous driving of the neighboring vehicle and to receive the first data from the neighboring vehicle while the vehicle is driving; a sensor device configured to sense second data regarding a state of a user of the vehicle and to detect third data regarding driving information of the neighboring vehicle; and a controller configured to classify risks of the vehicle into classes according to a preset criterion based on the first data, the second data, and the third data, and to score the risks based on the classified classes.

A vehicle includes: a camera configured to acquire position information of a passenger of the vehicle by capturing the passenger; an indicator configured to indicate whether the passenger is movable within the vehicle; and a processor. A vehicle includes: a capturer configured to obtain height information of a preceding vehicle; a sensor configured to obtain at least one of position information or speed information of the preceding vehicle and a leading vehicle; and a controller configured to determine a first distance between the preceding vehicle and a subject vehicle, to determine a second distance between the preceding vehicle and the leading vehicle, to determine an acceleration of the preceding vehicle based on a relative speed and a relative distance of the preceding vehicle and the leading vehicle, and to control at least one of braking or steering of the subject vehicle when the second distance is less than or equal to a collision prediction distance between the preceding vehicle and the leading vehicle and the acceleration of the preceding vehicle is less than a predetermined value.
