A display apparatus includes a first substrate including a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area, a display layer disposed in the display area and including first to third light-emitting elements, a shield pattern portion including a lower pattern layer disposed in the peripheral area and surrounding at least part of the display layer, and an upper pattern layer disposed above the lower pattern layer and electrically connected to the lower pattern layer through contact holes in an insulating layer covering the lower pattern layer, a second substrate disposed above the display layer, and a sealing portion surrounding at least a part of the display layer, disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, covering one side of the shield pattern portion in a direction toward the display layer, and overlapping the contact holes.

A display device includes: a substrate; a semiconductor layer of a transistor, on the substrate; a gate electrode of the transistor on the semiconductor layer; and a conductive layer element corresponding to the transistor. The conductive layer element is both electrically connected to a constant voltage source and contacts the substrate.

A thin film transistor substrate may include a base substrate, a semiconductor member, a gate electrode, a first insulation layer, and a source/drain electrode. The semiconductor member may overlap the base substrate. The gate electrode may overlap the semiconductor member and may be insulated from the semiconductor member. The first insulation layer may be positioned on the gate electrode and may include a first contact hole. The source/drain electrode may include a first discharge hole, may be electrically connected to the semiconductor member, and may be at least partially positioned inside the first contact hole. The first discharge hole may partially expose the semiconductor member.

A display device includes a display panel and at least one electronic component connected to the display panel. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area disposed around the display area on a plane. The non-display area has a first bending line and a second bending line intersecting the first bending line.
