The present disclosure concerns a half-cylinder type lock, typically a keyless electrical lock, usable in communication cabinets or other installations requiring secured access control. The lock mechanism does not have elements protruding out of the lock housing to prevent possibility of tampering.

Provided is a telescopic lock that can be fixed to a variety of closures of different configurations to thereby provide another closure protection measure.

Telescopic lock

This disclosure provides a device for delivering coded data in the form of knocks, comprising an electric motor capable of bi-directional rotation, a control utility to command the motor to alternately rotate in two opposite directions; a knocking element coupled to the motor such so as to be rotated thereby; and an anvil element positioned so as to being successively impacted by the knocking element in each of the two rotational directions.

Access control device for delivering coded knocks

The presently disclosed subject matter is directed towards an anti-vandalism electronic cylinder lock (). The lock comprising a cylinder housing (), an electronic cylinder lock mechanism, an inside knob (), and an outside knob (), the outside knob () being configured for assuming a first non-accessible, non-operable, retracted position, and a second, accessible operative position, in which the outside knob () projects from the cylinder housing ().

Door cylinder lock

An electromechanical lock is provided that comprises a locking assembly and a latch solenoid with a plunger axially displaceable, by an electrical command signal, between retracted and extended states and being associated with a first urging arrangement that biases the plunger in a first axial direction from the retracted to the extended states. The locking assembly comprises a lock actuation member movable between first and second states for locking and unlocking the lock, respectively. A second urging arrangement is operative to bias the actuation member to move to the second state. A third urging arrangement is operative to bias the actuation member to move from the second to the first state. The plunger is operatively associated with the locking assembly to cause the lock actuation member to move from the first to the second state for unlocking the lock upon displacement of the plunger in the first direction, and to permit movement of the actuation member, induced by the third urging arrangement, from the second to the first state for locking the lock, upon displacement of the plunger from the extended to the retraced state.

Solenoid-operated electromechanical lock

A lock and a key are provided wherein the key is used in conjunction with the lock. The key has a stop bit and a series of coding bits along its shank. The stop bit and each coding bit have a leading edge and a trailing edge to provide coding of the key and to form one side of a groove. The lock has a housing having a key-actuated cogwheel assembly. The cogwheels are registered with a keyhole and are spaced for engagement by the coding bits of the key. A driven cogwheel assembly has a series of cogwheels that mesh with a corresponding key-actuated cogwheel. A lock bolt is projected and retracted between two positions by a lock bolt actuating mechanism responding to position of the stop bit and coding bits.

High security key operated lock

A circular rotating member, having an outer peripheral surface, is rotatably mounted in a ring member. The rotating member includes an elongated central slot and four peripheral slots extending inwardly from the peripheral surface of the rotating member and spaced at 90 degrees from each other. The key of the combination lock extends into the central elongated slot, and a ball bearing is carried in each of the peripheral slots of the rotating member. The inner surface of the ring member is substantially identical to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member but the inner surface of the ring member includes, additionally, two cut-outs. Thus, when the ring member is driven to rotate at a high speed by an automatic dialer, the ball bearing will be driven by centrifugal force into the cut-out whereby to prevent further rotation of the dial to thereby block the lock.

Combination lock with arrangement for defeating automatic dialer

A combination lock is provided having a housing with a lock dial shaft rotatably mounted thereto. A lock bolt is slidably mounted to the housing, and a fence lever is pivotally coupled to the lock bolt. A tension spring constantly urges the fence lever into an operative, lock bolt displacing position thereof. An assembly of gated tumbler wheels is rotatable by the lock dial shaft and a slotted disc is mounted on a tumbler wheels assembly. The fence lever is adapted to close against the gated tumbler wheels when in alignment and thereby enabling the displacement of the lock bolt by the fence lever. A displaceable spring cam plate is coupled to a cam disc associated with the slotted disc so that, on every revolution of the cam disc, the plate becomes displaced a short distance. A second spring coupled between the fence lever and the cam plate is effective in the non-displaced position of the plate to restrain the pivoted movement of the fence lever under the tension of its spring. In the displaced position of the plate, the fence lever is allowed to pivot into the operative position thereof.

Manipulation proof combination lock

A locking system is provided for doors with a bolt unit installed on the inside and a control unit installed on the outside of the door. The bolt unit has a casing enclosing a bolt displaceable between a projected, locking position and a withdrawn, unlocking position. A solenoid device has an armature being displaceable between electromagnetically induced attracted and repelled positions. Linkage means are coupled between the armature and the bolt to drive the bolt between the unlocking and locking positions, respectively. A pass code may be entered into the control unit, and in response, a solenoid may be actuated by a current pulse into the unlocked position of the bolt. In addition, a reverse current pulse actuates the solenoid into a locked position of the bolt.

Door locking system

An electrically operated locking system for doors and the like has an electrically operated locking device installed inside the door. A control device installed outside the door is operatively connected with the locking device. A sensor detects the position of the door with respect to the door mounting by a light activated means electrically coupled to the locking device such that when darkness is sensed, the locking device is activatable to operate the locking unit. When light is sensed, however, the locking device is nonactivatable.
