The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a nerve electrode in which a conductive ink is inkjet printed on an electrospun polyimide fibrous sheet; and a nerve electrode manufactured by the manufacturing method.

Method of manufacturing nerve electrode

An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a nozzle device for an FDM-type 3D printer, comprising: a filament supply unit to which filaments for FDM are supplied; a filament nozzle which is positioned under the filament supply unit and melts the filaments supplied from the filament supply unit to output molten filaments; a heater block which is provided around the filament nozzle to melt the filaments inside the filament nozzle; a gas tank; an aerosol generation unit which generates a nanoparticle aerosol; a plasma generation unit which generates plasma; and a plasma nozzle through which the plasma is ejected to the molten filaments, wherein the nanoparticle aerosol generated in the aerosol generation unit flows, together with the gas in the gas tank, to the plasma generation unit through a transfer pipe, and the molten filaments are surface-treated by using the plasma generated in the plasma generation unit and nanoparticles.

Nozzle device for FDM-type 3D printer

The present invention provides a three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffold for tissue regeneration, which is increased in porosity and thickness to enlarge the surface area thereof, thereby enabling cell adhesion at a high density, and a method for fabricating the same. The method for fabricating a three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffold for tissue regeneration includes the steps of: (a) preparing a polymer solution; (b) preparing a nanofiber matrix, in which a plurality of nanofibers is entangled with each other, from the polymer solution prepared in step (a) using electrospinning; and (c) immersing the prepared nanofiber matrix in a solution and subjecting the solution to ultrasonication, thereby increasing the thickness and porosity of the nanofiber matrix. According to the inventive scaffold fabricating method, the nanofiber matrix prepared by using electrospinning is ultrasonicated in a solution, so that a three-dimensional nanofibrous scaffold with improved thickness and porosity can be provided in a simple and low-cost manner.
