A coil electronic component includes a body including a coil portion therein, and including a plurality of magnetic particles including an Fe-based alloy component, and an external electrode connected to the coil portion, wherein at least a portion of the plurality of magnetic particles include a first layer formed on a surface, and a second layer formed on a surface of the first layer, wherein the first layer includes an Fe oxide component and has a thickness of 10 nm or less.

Coil electronic component

A coil electronic component includes a body including magnetic particles and an insulating resin, and a coil portion disposed within the body. The body has a multilayer structure including a core portion covering the coil portion and a cover portion covering the core portion. The magnetic particles included in the core portion have a distribution of a particle size having a Dof 3.5 &#x3bc;m or less.

An inductor includes a body having a first magnetic portion above and below a coil, and a second magnetic portion above and below the first magnetic portion. The magnetic flux density of the magnetic substance in the first magnetic portion is higher than that of the magnetic substance in the second magnetic portion.

A multiple support wall structure according to the present invention includes: a pair of top and bottom support plates that has a plurality of rectangular projective islands separated by lattice-shaped projections protruding in the shape of a go board, and protruding upward in the opposite direction to the lattice-shaped projections; and a intermediate reinforcing plate that is disposed between the top and bottom support plates, has upward projective insertions protruding in a shape corresponding to the rectangular islands to be fitted in the rectangular islands of the top support plate, has top grooves formed laterally and longitudinally between the upward projective insertions to fit the lattice-shaped projections, has downward projective insertions formed in the same shape as but in the opposite direction to the upward projective insertions in spaces diagonally adjacent to the upward projective insertions, and has bottom grooves formed laterally and longitudinally between the downward projective insertions.

A coil electronic component includes a body having a coil part disposed therein and external electrodes connected to the coil part. The body includes a plurality of magnetic particles. In one example, a particle size distribution Dof the magnetic particles in the body is 1 &#x3bc;m or less. In other examples, a particle size distribution Dof the magnetic particles in the body is 1 &#x3bc;m or less; a particle size distribution ratio D/Dof the magnetic particles in the body is 1.5 or less; and/or a variation coefficient of the particle size of the magnetic particles in the body is 20% or less.

A multilayer electronic component may include: a magnetic body in which a plurality of magnetic layers are stacked; and conductor patterns formed on the magnetic body. The magnetic body may include: metal magnetic particles; an oxide film formed on a surface of the metal magnetic particle as a first oxide obtained by oxidation of at least one component of the metal magnetic particle; and a filling portion formed in a space between the metal magnetic particles as a second oxide obtained by oxidization of at least one component of the metal magnetic particle. At least one of the first oxide and the second oxide is provided between adjacent metal magnetic particles, and an oxide film formed on a surface of a metal magnetic particle forms a neck portion with an oxide film formed on a surface of an adjacent metal magnetic particle.

Multilayer electronic component

A composite electronic component includes a composite body containing a capacitor and an inductor coupled to each other, the capacitor including a ceramic body having a plurality of dielectric layers and first and second internal electrodes, and the inductor including a magnetic body including a coil part, an input terminal disposed on a first end surface of the composite body and connected to the coil part, an output terminal including first output terminals disposed on a second end surface of the composite body and connected to the coil part and a second output terminal disposed on a second side surface of the composite body and connected to the first internal electrodes, and a ground terminal disposed on a first side surface of the composite body. The capacitor and the inductor are coupled in a vertical direction, and a magnetic metal layer is provided between the inductor and the capacitor.
