Adhesive laminate core manufacturing apparatus and core laminator therefor

Disclosed is an adhesive laminate core manufacturing apparatus for successively forming lamina members of a predetermined shape while allowing a strip-shaped material, of which the surface is coated with an adhesive layer, to pass therethrough, and successively manufacturing laminate cores comprising the lamina members integrated, per predetermined sheet, by interlaminar bonding. The adhesive laminate core manufacturing apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a protrusion forming unit pressing the material for the delamination of the laminate cores, so as to form interlaminar division protrusions on the surface of the material at each predetermined position along the longitudinal direction of the material; a blanking unit blanking the material so as to successively form the lamina members; and a lamination unit integrating the lamina members so as to successively manufacture the laminate cores. According to the present invention, the laminate cores, in which the predetermined sheets of the laminar members are integrated in an interlaminar bonding manner, can be continuously manufactured by using the strip-shaped material of which the surface is coated with the adhesive layer in advance.

Disclosed herein is a bonded-type laminated core member manufacturing apparatus including an adhesive application unit to apply an adhesive to a material being continuously transferred, and a laminating unit configured to integrate laminar members laminated within a laminating hole by blanking the material, a laminated core member being manufactured by interlayer adhesion between the laminar members, and the laminating unit includes an adhesive hardener to harden the adhesive located between the laminar members so as to integrate the laminar members passing through the laminating hole, and pinchers provided under the adhesive hardener to apply lateral pressure to the laminated core member so as to prevent falling of the laminated core member. Since the laminated core members may be stably extracted, damage to the laminated core member due to falling may be prevented and the laminated core members in an aligned state may be extracted.

Laminate unit for manufacturing bonded-type laminated core member and apparatus having the same for manufacturing laminated core member

Disclosed herein is a bonded-type laminated core member manufacturing apparatus comprising an adhesive application unit to apply an adhesive to a material being continuously transferred, and a laminating unit to integrate laminar members laminated within a laminating hole by blanking the material, a laminated core member being manufactured by interlayer adhesion between the laminar members, wherein the laminating unit includes a high-frequency heater to harden the adhesive located between the laminar members, the high-frequency heater including a coil wound on the circumference of a hardening hole which accommodates the laminar members and forming a passage of high-frequency current. In accordance with the present invention, the adhesive is rapidly hardened by high-frequency induction heating and thus the integration time of the laminated core member is shortened, and accuracy of the laminating unit, which integrates the laminar members, i.e., straightness of the laminating hole to pass the laminar members, is stably maintained and, thus, misalignment of the laminated core members is prevented and management of product quality is facilitated.
