A coated steel sheet has a coating film on at least one side of a plated steel sheet. The coating film contains a binder resin, non-oxide ceramic particles containing V (excluding VC particles), and doped zinc oxide particles. The respective contents of the non-oxide ceramic particles containing V and the doped zinc oxide particles relative to the coating film satisfy the expressions: [(1) C&#x2265;10.0, (2) C&#x2264;0.5&#xb7;C, (3) C&#x2264;70&#x2212;C, (4) C&#x2265;0.125&#xb7;C, and (5) C&#x2265;2.0], where Crepresents the content (mass %) of the non-oxide ceramic particles containing V, and Crepresents the content (mass %) of the doped zinc oxide particles. The coated steel sheet is excellent in both corrosion resistance before electrodeposition coating, and weldability.

Coated steel sheet and painted member

A steel sheet for a fuel tank according to the present invention includes: a Zn&#x2014;Ni alloy plated layer placed on one surface or each of both surfaces of a base metal; and a chromate-free chemical conversion coating film which is placed over the Zn&#x2014;Ni alloy plated layer. The Zn&#x2014;Ni alloy plated layer has a crack starting from an interface with the chromate-free chemical conversion coating film and reaching an interface with the steel sheet, the chromate-free chemical conversion coating film consists of an organosilicon compound consisting of a condensation polymer of a silane coupling agent, a phosphoric acid compound and/or a phosphonic acid compound, a vanadium compound, and a titanium compound and/or a zirconium compound, and a concentration of a total of amounts in terms of metal, per surface, of the phosphoric acid compound and/or the phosphonic acid compound+the vanadium compound+the titanium compound and/or the zirconium compound, is 5 mass % to 20 mass %.

Steel sheet for a fuel tank

A steel sheet for a fuel tank includes: a Zn&#x2014;Ni alloy plated layer which is placed on one surface or each of both surfaces of a base metal and formed on at least one surface; and an inorganic chromate-free chemical conversion coating film which is placed over the Zn&#x2014;Ni alloy plated layer. The Zn&#x2014;Ni alloy plated layer has a crack starting from an interface between the Zn&#x2014;Ni alloy plated layer and the inorganic chromate-free chemical conversion coating film and reaching an interface between the Zn&#x2014;Ni alloy plated layer and the steel sheet, and a water contact angle on a surface of the inorganic chromate-free chemical conversion coating film is more than or equal to 50 degrees.

A precoated metal sheet excellent in conductivity and corrosion resistance and able to be inexpensively produced is provided. The present invention is a conductive, corrosion resistant precoated metal sheet comprising a metal sheet on at least one surface of which is formed a coating film (&#x3b1;) which contains an organic resin (A) and non-oxide ceramic particles (B) with a 25&#xb0; C. electrical resistivity of 0.1&#xd7;10to 185&#xd7;10&#x3a9;cm selected from borides, carbides, nitrides, and silicides, a volume ratio of the organic resin (A) and the non-oxide ceramic particles (B) in the coating film (a) at 25&#xb0; C. being 90:10 to 99.9:0.1, the organic resin (A) including a derivative (A2) of a resin (A1) which includes at least one type of functional group selected from a carboxyl group and sulfonic acid group in a structure of the resin (A1).

Precoated metal sheet excellent in conductivity and corrosion resistance

A method of injection molding a styrene resin or a composition thereof, which includes injection molding a molten molding resin material of a styrene-conjugated diene block copolymer containing 50 to 90% by weight of a styrene polymer or a molten molding resin material of a resin composition comprising 50% by weight or more of the styrene-conjugated diene block copolymer and 50% by weight or less of a styrene resin other than the styrene-conjugated diene block copolymer, wherein the molten resin is injected and filled into a mold with a wall surface temperature at core and cavity portions within the mold being made 110.degree. to 180.degree. C., and the molded product is demolded when the wall surface temperature of the core and cavity portions is lowered to the glass transition temperature or lower of the styrene polymer moiety in the block copolymer. The obtained molded product has a high impact resistance.
