When a detection temperature by a hot-water tank thermister () has been equal to or lower than a re-heating determination temperature over at least a re-heating determination time, a tank controller () performs a sterilization process by heating hot water within a hot-water tank () by means of a heat pump unit (); and when the detection temperature by the hot-water tank thermister () has been equal to or lower than a determination temperature for prohibiting the use of stored hot water over at least a determination time for prohibiting the use of stored hot water, the tank controller () performs only a temperature regulation control via heating while keeping a hot-water flow regulation valve () in a closed state.

Hot-water supply system

A hot water supply system which allows two hot water supply apparatuses to operate cooperatively and which can avoid degrading a hot water supply capability when one of the two hot water supply apparatuses cannot perform as a master or slave. The two hot water supply apparatuses each have a connection communication terminal, a master controller, an external communication terminal, and a slave controller. The hot water supply system includes a communication cable via which the connection communication terminal of one of the two hot water supply apparatuses is connected to the external communication terminal of the other hot water supply apparatus, and a failure reporting device for reporting a failure in the master controller provided in the hot water supply apparatus operating as the master and a failure in the slave controller provided in the hot water supply apparatus operating as the slave.

Hot water supply system

It is an object of the invention to provide a radio remote controller system that, when power saving for a radio remote controller is realized by intermittently setting a data receivable period in the radio remote controller, can easily and flexibly change a length of a period for making it impossible to receive the radio data and reduce power consumption of the radio remote controller. A master set connected to a water heater main body by wire transmits monitor data G(G, G, G) indicating an operation state of the water heater main body, which include transmission time information indicating the next time (tat G, and tat G) of transmission of the monitor data G, to a slave set serving as a radio remote controller. The slave set, which has received the monitor data G, comes into a 'standby state' (slave set Rx and slave set Tx are OFF), in which power consumption is smaller than 'data receivable state' (a slave set Rx is ON) and transmission and reception of radio data are impossible, until the next time of transmission of the monitor data G acquired from the monitor data (T, T, T). When start time (t, t) for reception of monitor data has come, the slave set is switched from the &#x201c;standby state&#x201d; to the &#x201c;data receivable state&#x201d; to receive the monitor data G.

Radio remote control system

A burner apparatus comprising: a burner plate, a proportional directional valve through which fuel gas flows into said burner plate, a blower which supplies air to said burner plate, a thermal sensor which detects the burning condition of said burner plate, a heat determining means which determines the heat generation of said burner plate, a blower control circuit which controls said blower in response to the condition of said heat determining means, a proportional directional valve control circuit which controls the opening degree of said proportional directional valve in response to the output of said thermal sensor and the amount of air flow from said blower.

Burner apparatus

A burner apparatus comprising: a burner plate on which fuel gas is ignited, a thermal sensor which generates an output voltage in response to the combustion of the fuel gas so as to detect an air component of the fuel gas, means for causing the output from the thermal sensor to correspond to the quantity of combustion on said burner plate, and a safety circuit which stops combustion on said burner plate when the output of the thermal sensor displaces from a magnitude within a certain range.
