In this disposable wearing article, the cutting line is formed to pass through a superimposed portion of the absorbent body and the stretchable multilayer member formed with the cutting line. The fastening member is adapted to allow the disposable wearing article in the state after the stretchable multilayer member formed with the cutting line is cut open to be reconstructed and used in a pant-like configuration.
