A headset of the present invention includes: a housingworn on one auricle of a wearer; an armhaving a predetermined length, one end side of which is accommodated in the housing and the other end side of which is pulled out of a holeof the housing to the outside, accommodated in the housing by adjusting the length pulled out of the holeof the housing to the outside; and a microphone attached to the arm. Headset

A switch-equipped input-output plug available for a voice input-output connector (jack) different from one type of portable phone or the like from another is provided. A connecting portion of a 4-electrode plug, for connecting a manipulate-signal electrode has a screwing portion formed therearound. is used for two types of portable phones respectively equipped with 4-electrode and 3 electrode jacks. Thus, a single type of plug is commonly available for two types of portable phones respectively equipped with 4-electrode and 3 electrode jacks by using an adaptor designed to serve as the manipulate-signal electrode such that the adaptor is screwed with the connecting portion and is detached from the connecting portion, respectively.

Switch-equipped input-output plug

In a speaker which is constructed in a manner that a voice coil bobbin is attached to an inner circumferential portion of a cone type diaphragm while a voice coil is wound around the voice coil bobbin, and the voice coil is inserted into a magnetic gap, the voice coil bobbin is formed of a conductive material and is provided with a gap extending a lengthwise direction so as to form a one-turn voice coil, and the voice coil is fixed to the voice coil bobbin by a soft bonding agent while a very high frequency audio signal is supplied to the one-turn voice coil forming the voice coil bobbin.

In a speaker which is constructed in a manner that a voice coil bobbin is attached to an inner circumferential portion of a cone type diaphragm while a voice coil is wound around the voice coil bobbin, and the voice coil is inserted into a magnetic gap, the voice coil bobbin is formed of a conductive material while the voice coil being fixed is the voice coil bobbin by a soft bonding agent, and in a very high range, the voice coil is operated as a driving coil while the voice coil bobbin is operated as a short coil.

Headphone

A headphone includes an electro-acoustic transducer, a housing, and first, second and third members. The electro-acoustic transducer includes a diaphragm and is supplied with a signal through a cord. The housing is shaped in such a way as to be accommodated into a concave portion of an auricle and includes an accommodating portion in which the electro-acoustic transducer is accommodated and a projecting portion for leading the cord from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing. The accommodating portion has a first opening so that the electro-acoustic transducer is exposed to the outside from the first opening. The projecting portion is formed on the rear surface of the accommodating portion. A first member is provided so as to cover the whole surface of the diaphragm and the first opening and is made of a metal material. The first member has a plurality of first openings. A second member is provided on the first member so as to cover the first member and is made of a synthetic resin material. The second member has a plurality of second openings whose diameters are smaller than those of the first openings. A third member is attached to the housing so as to cover the housing having the second member attached at a portion in which the first opening is formed, and is made of an elastic material. The third member has a second opening which is smaller than the first opening.

Auricle insertion headphone with improved grill

The present invention relates to a so-called bass-reflex electroacoustic transducing apparatus, wherein a plurality of sound ducts (ports) having the same equivalent mass and different lengths are provided in communication with a housing which incorporates therein an electroacoustic transducing element. Thus, resonance and antiresonance generated in respective sound ducts cancel each other out, thereby preventing a tone quality of a reproduced sound from being deteriorated.
