An optically coupled semiconductor device according to the present invention comprises a mount electrode and a wire electrode which are formed on a top main face of the first wiring substrate, a light-emitting element is electrically connected to the mount electrode and the wire electrode, a first electrode pad and a second electrode pad which are provided on the top main face of the second wiring substrate in such a manner as to sandwich the opening formed in the second wiring substrate, a photo-receptor element which is arranged in such a manner as to block the opening formed in the second wiring substrate and which is connected to the first electrode pad so as to face the light-emitting element, and a switching element which is connected to the second electrode pad so as to face the wire.

Optically coupled semiconductor device and method for manufacturing the same

A semiconductor device-manufacturing method includes a laminated wafer formation step and a dicing step. In the laminated wafer formation step, a metal plate is first laid on one side of a wafer with a solder material interposed, and then the metal plate and the wafer are subjected to decompression pressing to form a one-piece structure. As a result, a laminated wafer is obtained. In the dicing step, the laminated wafer is diced into laminated chips.

Semiconductor device-manufacturing method for manufacturing semiconductor devices with improved heat radiating efficiency and similar in size to semiconductor elements

A projection system is disclosed including a light source for producing an illumination light flux, and a light valve for converting the illumination light flux incident on the light valve into a modulated light flux. The projection system also includes a front lens system having a front optical axis. The front lens system is disposed relative to the light source and the light valve to transmit the illumination light flux to the light valve, and to transmit the modulated light flux toward a rear lens system having a rear optical axis that is displaced from but parallel to the front optical axis. The rear lens system is disposed relative to the front lens system to transmit the modulated light flux from the front lens system onto a suitable surface for viewing.

Projection optical system

A Gauss type photographic lens comprises, in succession from the object side, a first lens component of positive refractive power fixed relative to the image plane, a second lens component of negative refractive power fixed relative to the image plane, a third lens component of negative refractive power movable relative to the image plane, and a fourth lens component of positive refractive power movable relative to the image plane. The third lens component and the fourth lens component are movable by different amounts in the same direction for focusing.

Gauss type photographic lens

A Gauss type photographic lens comprises, in succession from the object side, a first group including a positive lens component, a second group including a positive lens and a negative lens and having a negative refractive power as a whole, a third group including a meniscus lens component comprising a negative lens and a positive lens cemented together and having its concave surface facing the object side, and a fourth group including a positive lens component. The lens component in said fourth group is movable along the optical axis and the focusing is accomplished only by movement of said movable lens.

A four-group lens comprises, in succession from the object side, a first group, a second group, a diaphragm, a third group and a fourth group. These four groups are formed substantially symmetrically with respect to the diaphragm. The air space between the first and second groups and the air space between the third and fourth groups are variable in accordance with a change of the photographing magnification.

Four-group lens

A wide angle photographic lens comprises a divergent forward group and a convergent rearward group. The forward group has at least one negative meniscus lens component having its convex surface facing the object side. The rearward group has a diaphragm, at least one positive lens component disposed forwardly of the diaphragm, a biconcave negative lens component disposed rearwardly of the diaphragm, a positive meniscus lens component having its convex surface facing the image side, and a focusing lens member provided most adjacent to the image side. The focusing lens member has at least one lens movable in the direction of the optic axis. The focusing is effected by movement of the movable lens alone.

Wide angle photographic lens

An inverted telephoto type wide angle lens system comprises, in order from the object side, a negative meniscus lens having its convex surface facing the object side, a first positive lens, a negative lens, a second positive lens and a third positive lens. The lens system satisfies certain conditions.

Inverted telephoto type wide angle lens system

A wide angle lens comprises four lens components, which are, in order from the object side, a divergent first element consisting of a negative meniscus lens having its convex surface facing the object side, a compositely convergent second component consisting of a plurality of lens elements including a biconvex lens element on the object side thereof, the center thickness of the biconvex lens of the second component being greater than the separation between the first and the second components, a compositely convergent third components consisting of a plurality of lens elements, and a divergent fourth components consisting of a negative meniscus lens element having its convex surface facing the image side, the separation between the fourth and the third components being less than that between the first and the second components.

Wide angle lens

In a wide angle lens system, there are arranged, in succession from the object side toward the image side, a divergent first lens group having its surface of smaller curvature facing the object side, a divergent, meniscus, second lens group having its convex surface facing the object side, the first and second lens groups defining therebetween a divergent, meniscus-shaped air chamber having its convex surface facing the object side, a convergent, meniscus, third lens group consisting of a plurality of lenses, a convergent, meniscus, fourth lens group consisting of a plurality of lenses, and a divergent, meniscus, fifth lens group having its convex surface facing the image side.

A parfocal low-magnification microscope objective lens system comprises, in succession from the object side, a positive first lens member, a negative second lens member and a positive third lens member. The first lens member has its concave surface facing the object; the second lens member includes at least one negative meniscus lens component with its concave surface facing the object; and the third lens member includes a positive lens component with that surface thereof sharper in radius of curvature facing the image plane side. The lens system satisfies the following four conditions: d.sub.A &lt;f.sub.A &lt;d.sub.A + .vertline.f.sub.B .vertline.; d.sub.A &lt;d.sub.B ; .vertline.f.sub.B .vertline.&lt;.vertline.f.sub.A .vertline.; and .vertline.d.sub.B .vertline.&gt;.vertline.f.sub.B .vertline.; where f.sub.A and f.sub.B are the focal lengths of the first and the second lens member, respectively, d.sub.A is the distance from the rear principal plane of the first lens member to the front principal plane of the second lens member, and d.sub.B is the distance from the rear principal plane of the second lens member to the front principal plane of the third lens member.
