A nanofiber sheet includes: a substrate layer; and a nanofiber layer located on one surface side of the substrate layer and containing nanofibers of a polymer compound. A peripheral edge of the nanofiber layer has a thickness of from 0.1 to 10 &#x3bc;m. The nanofiber layer includes a gradation region having a thickness that gradually increases inward from the peripheral edge. The distance Wbetween the peripheral edge of the nanofiber layer and a maximum thickness portion where the thickness becomes the greatest in the gradation region is at least 3 mm. A nanofiber sheet manufacturing method involves depositing nanofibers onto a collecting unit by moving at least either a nozzle or the collecting unit, to thereby manufacture a predetermined nanofiber sheet including a gradation region.

Nanofiber sheet, method for using same, and method for producing same

A method for producing a film of the present invention includes the step of electrostatically spraying a liquid composition directly on the surface of skin using an electrostatic spray device to form a film on the skin. The electrostatic spray device includes a container capable of storing the liquid composition, a nozzle configured to eject the liquid composition, a power supply configured to apply a voltage to the nozzle, and a voltage stabilizer configured to stabilize the voltage applied by the power supply to the nozzle. The liquid composition contains component (a): one or more volatile substances selected from alcohols and ketones, and component (b): a polymer having film formability.

Method for producing coating film

A method for producing a film of the present invention includes an electrostatic spraying step of electrostatically spraying a liquid composition directly on the surface of skin to form a film on the skin by using an electrostatic spray device. The electrostatic spray device includes a container capable of storing the liquid composition, a nozzle configured to eject the liquid composition, and a power supply configured to apply a voltage to the nozzle. The liquid composition contains component (a): one or two or more volatile substances selected from alcohols and ketones, component (b): a water-insoluble polymer having film formability, and component (c): 0.2% by mass or more and 25% by mass or less of water.

A film forming deviceincluding a distance measurement unitfor measuring the distance between the skin S and the device, a distance decision unitfor deciding whether the distance measured by the distance measurement unitis proper for electrostatic spraying, and a distance notification unitfor notifying a user of the decision by the distance decision unit. The film forming deviceis of hand-held type small enough and configured to be held by the user's hand. The devicepreferably includes an angle measurement unitfor measuring the angle between the electrostatic spray direction and the skin S.
