The wireless sensor adds identification information peculiar to respective sensor modules to detection data of vibration, temperature, and soon, detected by the sensor modules respectively. The wireless sensor transmits the detection data with the identification information as a signal through a communication unit by radio waves. On the other hand, the management apparatus receiving the signal classifies and files the detection data on the basis of the identification information included in the signal. Then, the monitoring system is designed to make the management apparatus manage a plurality of wireless sensors attached to movable shafts of processing machines or the like.

The present invention relates to a bearing apparatus with a sensor and a rolling bearing with a sensor used to movers such as automobiles or railway carriers, facility machines of equipment, or machine tools. Fluid bearing device

A fluid bearing device achieves superior in wear start-stop resistance and in manufacturing ability. The fluid bearing device includes a shaft having a flange portion, a sleeve opposing to the shaft across a fluid bearing clearance of a radial fluid bearing, a counterpart member opposing to at least one of plane of the flange portion across a fluid bearing clearance of a thrust bearing. The flange portion and the sleeve portion being formed of copper alloy of mutually difference composition.

Bubbles in the lubricant inside the lubricant reservoir are discharged through the clearance communicating with the outside, and the bearing clearance is automatically lubricated stably through the lubricant supplying passage by means of capillarity.
