Provided is a piping system for an air conditioner installed in a vehicle that can achieve appropriate weight reduction while ensuring appropriate pressure resistance as the piping system as a whole. A circulation path that connects component devices of an air conditioner () in an annular shape to circulate a refrigerant (C) is formed by each pipe body extending between the component devices. At least one of the pipe bodies includes: a resin hose () embedded with a non-metal reinforcing material () or a resin pipe () embedded with a non-metal reinforcing material (), and the resin pipe bodies (), () are employed in 50% or more of a total length of each of the pipe bodies constituting the circulation path.

Piping system for air conditioner installed in vehicle

A hydrogen-filling hose includes reinforcing layers provided coaxially layered between an inner surface layer and an outer surface layer that are coaxially layered. The inner surface layer is formed of a thermoplastic resin and has a gas permeation coefficient of dry hydrogen gas of 1&#xd7;10cc&#xb7;cm/cm&#xb7;sec.&#xb7;cmHg or less at 90&#xb0; C. A flow path formed by the inner surface layer has a diameter of 10 mm or more and 25 mm or less. The reinforcing layers includes four layers or more and eight layers or less, and each of the reinforcing layers has a spiral structure that is formed by spirally winding a metal wire material. Pricking holes extending through the outer surface layer in a thickness direction are dispersedly provided therein.

Hydrogen-filling hose

A refrigerant-transporting hose including an inner tube, an outer tube, and a reinforcing layer between the inner tube and the outer tube, the outer tube being formed of an outer tube rubber composition, the outer tube rubber composition containing a brominated copolymer rubber obtained by brominating a copolymer rubber of isomonoolefin and p-alkylstyrene, the content of the repeating units having bromine constituting the brominated copolymer rubber being from 0.8 to 1.5 mol % with respect to the total amount of the repeating units constituting the brominated copolymer rubber, a carbon black A having a dibutyl phthalate absorption amount of 40 cm/100 g or less, a brominated alkylphenol resin, and zinc oxide, the content of the carbon black A being 35 parts by mass or greater with respect to 100 parts by mass of the brominated copolymer rubber. Such refrigerant-transporting hose achieves both workability and sealing property at an excellent level.

Refrigerant-transporting hose

A high pressure hose includes three or more reinforcing layers coaxially layered on one another between an inner surface layer and an outer surface layer coaxially layered on each other. An average braid angle obtained by averaging braid angles of the respective reinforcing layers is greater than or equal to 53.5&#xb0; and less than or equal to 55.5&#xb0;. The braid angles increase toward the reinforcing layer at an outermost circumference. Reinforcing wires constituting the reinforcing layer at an innermost circumference have elongation at break of greater than or equal to 3.0% and less than or equal to 4.0% and breaking strength of greater than or equal to 500 N. Reinforcing wires constituting the reinforcing layers other than the reinforcing layer at the innermost circumference have elongation at break of greater than or equal to 2.0% and less than 3.0% and breaking strength of greater than or equal to 500 N.

High-pressure hose

Provided is a hydrogen-dispensing hose. At least two reinforcing layers are coaxially layered between an inner surface layer of a thermoplastic resin having a dry hydrogen gas permeability coefficient at 90&#xb0; C. of 1&#xd7;10cc&#xb7;cm/cm&#xb7;sec.&#xb7;cmHg or less and an outer surface layer of a thermoplastic resin. A wire braided layer formed by braiding metal wires is used as the outermost reinforcing layer. Fiber braided layers formed by braiding high-strength fibers such as polyparaphenylene benzobisoxazole fibers are used as the other reinforcing layers.
