A power demand regulation system has a power demand regulation device that regulates the load applied to equipment of an electrical power system by a load apparatus operating by means of power from the electrical power system, which supplies power to consumers. When regulating the load to the equipment, the power demand regulation device selects a load apparatus as the subject of a request for an alteration of operating state on the basis of by-apparatus load information, which is information of each load apparatus, and a regulation target value, which is the amount of load that is to be regulated, and, in the period from the start to the end of regulation, executes a plurality of times the outputting of an alteration request that requests the alteration of the operating state of the selected load apparatus.

The priority of a demand regulating control for a device is changed in accordance with a simple operation by a consumer. A demand regulating system has an operation unit that selects from among a plurality of consumption devices, on the basis of priority information and a regulating quantity, a plurality of control-target devices, which are targeted for demand regulating control reducing consumption of the resource. A control unit executes the demand regulating control on the basis of a control instruction; and an input unit receives a first operation by the consumer, and transmits first request information requesting a change in the priorities of the plurality of control-target devices, to the operation unit in accordance with the first operation. The operation unit, upon receiving the first request information, specifies the plurality of control-target devices, and changes the priorities of the plurality of control-target devices in the priority information.

There is provided an electricity demand regulating system which estimates a load amount of an individual equipment whose measurement information can not be acquired and improves estimation accuracy of an electricity demand amount in a power system. The electricity demand regulating system for managing electric energy used by a consumer according to an operation state of the power system includes a storage part to store measurement information of a consumer equipment, and a generation part to generate a load pattern indicating a load amount tendency from the measurement information of the equipment stored in the storage part. A load amount of an equipment whose measurement information is not stored in the storage part is estimated from the load pattern generated by the generation part, and an electricity demand amount of the consumer is obtained based on the measurement information and the estimated load amount.
