A toner for electrostatic charge image development is a toner for electrostatic charge image development including toner particles containing a binder resin and an external additive, wherein the binder resin contains a crystalline polyester resin and an amorphous polyester resin, the external additive includes Al&#x2014;Si composite oxide particles, and a Si element content of the Al&#x2014;Si composite oxide particles is in the range of 50 to 90 mass % and a Si element ratio on surfaces of the Al&#x2014;Si composite oxide particles is in the range of 3 to 35 at %.

Provided is an electrostatic charge image developer containing toner particles and carrier particles, wherein the toner particles contain at least silica particles or alumina particles as an external additive; the carrier particles contain core material particles and a coating resin layer covering a surface of the core particles; the coating resin layer contains metal oxide particles; an element measured by XPS (photoelectron spectroscopy) of the carrier particle is at least Si or Al; and a content of Si or Al in the carrier particle is in the range of 1 to 6 at % with respect to the total elements constituting the carrier particles.

Two-component developer for developing electrostatic latent image

The toner of the present invention contains: a toner base particle, and a silica particle and a fatty acid metal salt particle adhering to a surface of the toner base particle. The toner base particle contains a crystalline polyester resin and an amorphous polyester resin. The toner particle has an average circularity of 0.945 to 0.965. The silica particle has a volume average particle size of 70 to 300 nm, and has an average circularity of 0.5 to 0.9. Electrostatic latent image developing toner

An image forming method forms a color toner image and a white toner image using an image forming apparatus having a plurality of developing machines. The color toner image is formed using a color developer containing a first carrier and at least one color toner selected from a yellow toner, a magenta toner, and a cyan toner. The white toner image is formed using a white developer containing a second carrier and a white toner containing at least titanium oxide as a pigment. The external additive includes an inorganic fine particle having a number average major axis in a range of 50 to 100 nm, an average aspect ratio in a range of 3 to 10, and a volume resistivity in a range of 1&#xd7;10to 1&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm in primary particles.
