A fibrous cellulose composite resin being excellent in strength, a method for producing the same, and a reinforcing material for resins capable of significantly improving resin strength are provided. The fibrous cellulose composite resin includes fibrous cellulose containing microfiber cellulose, a resin, and an acid-modified resin, wherein the microfiber cellulose has an average fiber width of 0.1 μm or larger, an average fiber length of 0.02 to 2.0 mm, and a percentage of fibrillation of 1.0% or higher, and hydroxyl groups substituted with carbamate groups, and the carbamate groups are ionically bonded to acidic groups of the acid-modified resin.

Fibrous cellulose composite resin and production method therefor, and resin reinforcing material

A cellulose fiber composite recycled resin having excellent strength, and a method for producing the same. The cellulose fiber composite recycled resin contains a recycled resin and a mixture of fibrous cellulose, at least one of resin powders and resin pellets, and at least one substance selected from the group consisting of phthalic acid, phthalates, derivatives of phthalic acid, and derivatives of phthalates. For producing this composite resin, at least one of resin powders and resin pellets are added to a slurry of cellulose fibers to obtain a first mixture, a recycled resin is mixed into the first mixture to obtain a second mixture, and the second mixture is kneaded, wherein part or all of the cellulose fibers are fine fibers.

Cellulose fiber composite recycled resin and production method therefor

A fibrous cellulose-containing material which is excellent in dispersibility of cellulose fiber, is easy to dewater, and is not required to contain an organic solvent, and a method for producing the same; and dried fibrous cellulose and a fibrous cellulose composite resin each obtained using the fibrous cellulose-containing material and a method for producing the same. A dispersion liquid of cellulose microfiber is prepared by fibrillating raw material pulp to the extent that the average fiber width is 0.1 μm or more, a fibrous cellulose-containing material is prepared by mixing the dispersion liquid with resin powder having an average particle size of 1 to 1,500 μm, dried fibrous cellulose is prepared by drying the fibrous cellulose-containing material, and the dried fibrous cellulose is kneaded to obtain a fibrous cellulose composite resin.

A fibrous cellulose having a high resin reinforcing effect and a method for manufacturing the same, and a fibrous cellulose composite resin having high strength and a method for manufacturing the same. A fibrous cellulose has an average fiber width of 0.1 μm or more, an average fiber length of 0.02 to 3.0 mm, and a fibrillation ratio of 1.0% or more. A kneaded product of this fibrous cellulose and a resin is formed into a fibrous cellulose composite resin. In manufacturing the fibrous cellulose, a raw material fiber is defibrated so as to have an average fiber width of 0.1 μm or more, an average fiber length of 0.02 to 3.0 mm, and a fibrillation ratio of 1.0% or more. The fibrous cellulose obtained by this method and a resin are kneaded to manufacture a fibrous cellulose composite resin.

Provided are: a fine cellulose fiber that is superior in handling properties and that can suitably be used as a reinforcing material or the like for resin; a production method of the fine cellulose fiber; and a slurry and a composite comprising the fine cellulose fibers. The present invention pertains to fine cellulose fibers comprising a carbamate group. The degree of substitution with the carbamate group with respect to hydroxy groups in the fine cellulose fibers is preferably no less than 0.05 and no greater than 0.5. The present invention pertains to a slurry comprising the fine cellulose fibers, to a composite comprising the fine cellulose fibers and a resin, and to a production method of the fine cellulose fibers, comprising performing a heat treatment on a mixture of a plant raw material and urea or the like, and performing a miniaturization treatment of the plant raw material.

Fine cellulose fiber, production method thereof, slurry, and composite

A fibrous cellulose having an excellent resin reinforcing effect, a method for manufacturing the fibrous cellulose, and a resin composition having high strength. The fibrous cellulose is microfiber cellulose having an average fiber diameter of 1 &#x3bc;m or more, and is hydrophobically modified. The method for manufacturing fibrous cellulose includes defibrating raw material fiber to obtain microfiber cellulose with an average fiber diameter of 1 &#x3bc;m or more, and hydrophobically modifying the microfiber cellulose. Further, the resin composition contains the fibrous cellulose and resin.

Fibrous cellulose, method for manufacturing same, and resin composition

A fine cellulose fiber in which when the fine cellulose fiber is formed into a dispersion, the dispersion has very high light transmittance and viscosity, and a method for producing the fine cellulose fiber. The fine cellulose fiber has a fiber width of 1 to 200 nm. A part of hydroxy groups of the cellulose fiber are substituted with a predetermine functional group to introduce an ester of phosphorus-oxo acid, and the introduction amount of the functional group is more than 2.0 mmol per 1 g of the cellulose fiber. For producing the fine cellulose fiber, to cellulose fiber is added a solution having a pH of less than 3.0 and including an additive (A) containing at least one of a phosphorus-oxo acid and a phosphorus-oxo acid metal salt and an additive (B) containing at least one of urea and a urea derivative, and the mixture is heated to perform fibrillation.

Fine cellulose fiber and method for producing same

Fine cellulose fiber has a dispersion with a very high transparency and viscosity. A method is for producing the fine cellulose fiber. In the cellulose fiber, a part of hydroxy groups of cellulose fiber is substituted with a predetermined functional group to introduce an ester of phosphorus-oxo acid, and substituted with a carbamate group to introduce a carbamate. The method for producing fine cellulose fiber includes adding an additive (A) and an additive (B) including at least one of urea and a urea derivative to cellulose fiber, heating the mixture at 100 to 210&#xb0; C., washing the mixture, and then fibrillating the mixture, the additive (B) being added in an amount of 0.01 to 100 mol based on 1 mol of the additive (A).

A fine cellulose fiber-containing substance that has excellent dispersibility in water and can be manufactured easily. A method is for manufacturing the fine cellulose fiber-containing substance, and a method is for manufacturing a fine cellulose fiber dispersion. A fine cellulose fiber-containing substance contains fine cellulose fibers into which a phosphite containing a cation of an inorganic substance is introduced. The ratio of the cation of the inorganic substance with respect to 1 g of the fine cellulose fibers is 0.14 mmol or more. In manufacturing the fine cellulose fiber-containing substance, a phosphite is introduced into cellulose fibers, and then the cellulose fibers are defibrated to obtain a dispersion containing fine cellulose fibers, during which an alkali metal ion-containing substance is added to the cellulose fibers, and the dispersion is concentrated. In manufacturing a fine cellulose fiber dispersion, the fine cellulose fiber-containing substance is mixed with water.

Fine cellulose fiber-containing substance, method for manufacturing the same, and fine cellulose fiber dispersion

A method is for manufacturing cellulose microfibers in which a problem of yellowing of cellulose microfibers to be obtained was solved, and cellulose microfibers. As to a method for manufacturing cellulose microfibers, cellulose fibers are added with an additive (A) consisting of at least one of a phosphorous acid and a metal phosphite and an additive (B) consisting of at least one of urea and a urea derivative, heated and washed, then fibrillated. Also, as to cellulose microfibers, the fiber width is 1 to 1000 nm, and a part of hydroxy groups of cellulose fibers is substituted with a functional group represented by a predetermined structural formula to introduce an ester of phosphorous acid.
