A vehicle lighting device configured to be mounted on a vehicle. The vehicle lighting device includes a bar-shaped light guide and a light emitter. The light guide includes a first body section and a second body section. The first body section includes a first end, a second end, which is opposite to the first end, a straight section, which extends from the first end, and a curved section, which extends from the straight section to the second end. The second body section branches off from the straight section and extends in a direction different from a direction in which the curved section extends. The light emitter is arranged to emit light toward the first end of the first body section. The curved section and the second body section are configured to emit light in different directions.

Vehicle lighting device

An electrically-driven vehicle includes a high-capacity battery unit and a high-output battery unit, both of which supply electric power to rotating electric machines, and a charging inlet serving as a charging port of an external power supply. The high-capacity battery unit receives more charge power from the charging inlet than the high-output battery unit and is positioned nearer to the charging inlet than the high-output battery unit is to the charging inlet. In this way, an electric power loss increase caused by a wiring resistance during an external charge can be suppressed in a plug-in type electrically-driven vehicle, which is chargeable by an external power supply.

An electric motor vehicle including: a high-output assembled battery; a high-capacity assembled battery having a larger capacity and a smaller output than those of the high-output assembled battery; and an inverter, and the electric motor vehicle is equipped with a PCU that transmits and receives electric power to and from the high-output assembled battery and the high-capacity assembled battery, a first wiring that connects the high-output assembled battery to the PCU, and a second wiring that connects the high-capacity assembled battery to the PCU, and is shorter than the first wiring.

An on-board power source device comprises power storage modules. In the power storage modules, a plurality of power storage elements are arranged. The power storage module is stacked one upon another. An outlet of a discharge path is provided for discharging gas generated in the respective power storage elements. A frame member extends along the end portion of the power storage modules for fixing the respective upper and lower power storage modules. A bracket locates at the end portion of the power storage modules so as to cover the outlets, for fixing the upper power storage modules to the frame member. The frame member has a discharge space for discharging the gas to the outside of the vehicle. The bracket is provide with a passage part for communicating the outlet of the upper power storage module with the discharge space of the frame member.

On-board power source device

An onboard power supply apparatus includes: power storage modules each including power storage devices; a pair of brackets configured to come into contact with respective ends of the power storage modules vertically stacked so as to fix at least an upper power storage module to a vehicle; and an insertion portion that is disposed between at least one of the pair of brackets and an end of one of the power storage modules located between terminal portions of the vertically stacked power storage modules, a connecting member used for connecting the terminal portions of the vertically stacked power storage modules being inserted in the insertion portion.

Onboard power supply apparatus

A battery case for mounting under a floor of a vehicle comprises a case body containing a battery module and a cover for closing over an opening of the case body. A reinforcement member for reinforcing the case body is attached to an outer surface of the case body. The case body is provided with a gas circulation hole for letting a gas flow from within the case body into the reinforcement member. The reinforcement member is provided with a gas exhaust port for letting out the gas having flown into the reinforcement member.

A battery unit mounting apparatus for mounting a battery unit to a vehicle from a bottom face side of the vehicle comprises a table having a mount surface for mounting the battery unit, a lift for moving the table up and down with respect to the bottom face of the vehicle, and a connection mechanism for connecting the table and the lift to each other. The connection mechanism connects the table and the lift to each other such that the battery unit or table comes into contact with the bottom face of the vehicle so as to tilt the mount surface by a predetermined inclination with respect to the bottom face of the vehicle.

Battery unit mounting apparatus and battery unit mounting structure

A locking apparatus for a vehicle includes a striker, a locking apparatus body. The locking apparatus body is used for locking and releasing the striker. The locking apparatus body includes a housing, a first rocking shaft, a latch and a pawl. The housing includes a recess for receiving the striker. The first rocking shaft is disposed in the housing and has a first axis. The latch is supported by the first rocking shaft so as to be rotatable relative to the housing around the first axis between a locking position in which the latch locks the striker in the recess and a releasing position in which the latch releases the striker in the recess. The pawl is used for locking the latch. The locking apparatus body locks the striker when moving housing to the striker and is operable in the housing.
