A thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; about 5 to about 100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler; about 0.1 to about 2 parts by weight of a maleic anhydride-modified olefin-based copolymer; and about 0.1 to about 2 parts by weight of a phosphite compound represented by chemical formula 1. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in terms of chemical resistance, impact resistance, rigidity, physical property balance thereof, and the like.

A thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article including the same. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: about 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin; about 1 to about 30 parts by weight of an additive for laser direct structuring (LDS additive); about 0.01 to about 5 parts by weight of a hindered phenol-based compound; about 0.01 to about 10 parts by weight of a sodium phosphate salt; about 0.01 to about 5 parts by weight of a phosphite compound; about 0.01 to about 5 parts by weight of a sulfonate compound; and about 0.01 to about 10 parts by weight of a metal oxide, wherein a weight ratio of the hindered phenol-based compound, the sodium phosphate salt, the phosphite compound and the sulfonate compound to the metal oxide may range from about 2:1 to about 10:1. The thermoplastic resin composition has good properties in terms of plating reliability and thermal stability (discoloration resistance) and can secure good injection molding stability by suppressing gas generation upon injection molding.

Thermoplastic resin composition for laser direct structuring process and article comprising the same

Disclosed herein is a lens barrel member. The lens barrel member includes: a lens barrel surrounding an outer periphery of a lens; and a housing receiving the lens barrel, the lens barrel being secured to the housing, wherein the lens barrel is formed of a lens barrel composition including: about 50 wt % to about 75 wt % of a polycarbonate resin; about 20 wt % to about 45 wt % of a glass fiber; about 0.5 wt % to about 3 wt % of a polyolefin wax; and about 0.5 wt % to about 3 wt % of a fluorinated olefin resin, and a weight ratio of the polyolefin wax to the fluorinated olefin resin ranges from about 1:0.3 to about 1:3. The lens barrel member can have a low coefficient of friction and/or good properties in terms of rigidity and/or dimensional stability.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition for laser direct structuring, containing: a polycarbonate resin; an inorganic compound comprising titanium dioxide and zinc sulfide; a fibrous inorganic filler; and an additive for laser direct structuring. Therefore, the present invention can provide: a thermoplastic resin composition for laser direct structuring, capable of implementing excellent whiteness while maintaining excellent impact resistance and rigidity; and a molded article comprising the same.

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: (A) about 20 to about 70% by weight of an aromatic polyamide resin comprising at least two aromatic dicarboxylic acid units; (B) about 0.1 to about 20% by weight of an olefin-based copolymer; and (C) about 10% to about 60% by weight of an inorganic filler. The thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article produced therefrom are excellent in plateability, impact resistance, heat resistance and the like.

The polyamide resin composition includes: a base resin including a polyamide resin having an intrinsic viscosity (IV) of about 0.9 dL/g or less and milled glass fibers; and carbon nanotube flakes having a size of about 1.0 mm to about 5.0 mm.
