System and method for monitoring a subject's condition. The system comprises a data input utility for receiving medical data indicative of a first condition of a subject; a communication utility for obtaining reference data comprising at least two predefined multi-dimensional functions and a multi-parameter space within said functions corresponding to a normal condition of a subject; a processing utility for processing said medical data of a subject by identifying a plurality of individual medical parameters describing said at least two predefined multi-dimensional functions, analyzing the identified plurality of individual parameters and determining a relation between the parameters and said multi-parameter space, for determining a treatment plan for navigating the subject from said first condition to a second subject condition in which values of said plurality of medical parameters define a parametric space matching the multi-parameter space of the normal condition; and an output utility for outputting said treatment plan.

System and method of interactive navigation of subject's treatment

A biomedical electrode structure is presented. The electrode structure comprises a contact member having a tissue interfacing face for contacting a tissue surface, and an opposite electrical coupling face; at least a first electrically conductive surface disposed within said tissue interfacing face, and being configured to electrically couple to a portion of the contacted tissue; and at least two electrical connectors mounted in a spaced apart relationship on said electrical coupling face and electrically coupled to different regions of said electrically conductive surface for allowing measurement of at least one electrical property of at least a portion of said at least first electrically conductive surface residing therebetween.

Biomedical electrode assembly

A method and system are presented for use in assessment of at least one cardiac parameter of an individual. An electrodes arrangement is applied to an individual's body, for applying an electrical field to the body and providing an electrical output indicative of a systolic impedance change and of a velocity of said change during a cardiac cycle. Also provided is additional data indicative of at least of the following conditions of the individual: a value of total peripheral resistance (TPR), a value of cardiac index (CI), and existence of the AHF condition. Data corresponding to these condition is analyzed to determine whether the TPR satisfies a first predetermined condition and/or the CI satisfies a predetermined second condition and/or whether the acute heart failure (AHF) condition is identified, to thereby use the data indicative of the measured electrical output and selectively calculate said at least one cardiac parameter based on either the systolic impedance change data or on said data of the velocity of the impedance change.

Method and system for non-invasive measurement of cardiac parameters

A method and system are presented for use in determining a patient's heart condition. First and second data are provided, where the first data is indicative of the patient's heart rate, and the second data is indicative of bioimpedance peak value during a cardiac cycle. A relation between a certain predetermined value and a product of the first and said second data is determined, where such relation is indicative of the patient's left ventricular condition, enabling to identify a left ventricular dysfunction.
