A sun visor includes a screen slidably mounted over a shaft attachable to a vehicle. A guiding profile is mounted in the screen, and a slider is rotatably mounted over the shaft and housed inside the guiding profile such that the guiding profile can slide longitudinally over the slider to establish a slide on rod function for the sun visor. A detent spring clip is attached to the slider and engages elastically over the shaft of the sun visor such that upon rotation of the screen of the sun visor, it is possible to establish a shading position and an inoperative position for the sun visor. The detent spring clip includes an asymmetrical shape to fit to an asymmetrical core shape of the slider in a single position. The slider includes an asymmetrical external shape to fit to an asymmetrical internal shape of the guiding profile in a single position. The guiding profile includes an asymmetrical external shape to fit to an internal shape of the screen in a single position.

A sunvisor with for a vehicle, including a sunvisor body having a front surface and a rear surface, a hinging arrangement for hinging the sunvisor body to a roof structure of a vehicle body, the hinging arrangement including a hook member located above an upper side portion of the sunvisor body, an upper rod unrotatably connected to the sunvisor body, a detent member rotatably coupled to a lateral end portion of the upper rod outside the sunvisor body and to the roof structure and includes pivot means to swing the sunvisor body between a first screening position and a second screening position.

Clipped twin-shell sun visor assembly comprising a first shell () and a second shell () arranged to be joined together for forming a sun visor core, wherein said assembly comprises a plurality of clips (A,B,C,D;A,B,C,D) arranged for interacting with corresponding complementary elements (A,B,C,D;A,B,C,D) so as to join the shells. At least when the shells are joined together, the clips are arranged in groups (), each group comprising at least a first clip (A;A) and a second clip (B;B). The first clip (A;A) is arranged for blocking movement of a second complementary element (B,B) interacting with said second clip (B;B) in a first sliding direction (A) when the first shell and the second shell are joined together, and the second clip (B;B) is arranged for blocking movement of a first complementary element (A;A) interacting with said first clip (A) in a second direction sliding (B), when the first shell () and the second shell () are joined together. This blocking reduces the risk for movements due to manufacturing tolerances.
