The purpose is to provide a higher-quality three-dimensional image with a downsized optical system that does not need interpupillary adjustment. An ocular optical system according to the present disclosure includes, on an optical path viewed from an observer side, at least: a first polarization member; a mirror; a second polarization member; and an image display device in this order. A polarized state in the first polarization member and a polarized state in the second polarization member are orthogonal to each other.

Ocular optical system, medical viewer, and medical viewer system

There is provided an optical device that provides a high quality image. The optical device includes a first light guiding member that has first through sixth surfaces and a first deflecting means. The first, second, and fifth surfaces are opposed to the third, fourth, and sixth surfaces, respectively. The optical device further includes a second light guiding member that has seventh through twelfth surfaces and a second deflecting means. The seventh, eighth, and eleventh surfaces are opposed to the ninth, tenth, and twelfth surfaces, respectively. Light that enters from the fifth surface is totally reflected within the first light guiding member, is deflected by the first deflecting means, is emitted from the third surface, enters the eighth surface, is totally reflected between the seventh surface and the ninth surface, is deflected by the second deflecting means, and is emitted from the seventh surface.

Optical device, image display device, and display device

On the light-entering surface side of a base material, a coating layerin which a high-refractive layer and a low-refractive layer are sequentially disposed alternately on one on the other is provided for blocking infrared radiation. One of the high-refractive layers is configured by an ITO filmso that the conductivity is increased on the surface of the coating layer. Herein, in view of preventing, to a further extent, the attachment of dirt and dust by providing the conductivity to the surface of the coating layer, it is desirable if the outermost high-refractive layer is made of a transparent conductive material. Moreover, it is desirable if the total layer thickness is 140 nm or smaller for the refractive layers formed outside of the high-refractive layer made of the transparent conductive material.

Optical low-pass filter

An imaging apparatus includes: optical finder means for introducing subject light having passed through an image capturing optical system onto a predetermined mirror at a first angle and guiding light reflected off the predetermined mirror to a finder window; a liquid crystal display disposed in an optical path of the subject light in the optical finder means; and illumination means for illuminating the liquid crystal display with light having a predetermined wavelength, wherein scattered light produced in the liquid crystal display illuminated with the light from the illumination means is incident on the predetermined mirror at a second angle, the finder window is disposed in a path of the scattered light reflected off the predetermined mirror, and the predetermined mirror has reflection characteristics in which spectral reflectance associated with the predetermined wavelength of the light incident at the second angle is lower than the spectral reflectance associated with the predetermined wavelength of the light incident at the first angle.

Imaging apparatus

An imaging apparatus includes a first imaging sensor, a second imaging sensor, a display unit, an electronic viewfinder unit, a position changing unit and a sensor-shift shaking correction unit. The first imaging sensor acquires an image relating to a subject at the time of main photography. The second imaging sensor acquires an image relating to the subject before the time of main photography. The sensor-shift shaking correction unit performs shaking correction at the time of the main photography, by changing a position of the first sensor with the position changing unit. The electronic viewfinder unit performs consecutive image display on a display screen of the display unit, based on images sequentially acquired by the second imaging sensor before the main photography, and includes an electronic shaking correction unit that performs shaking correction of the consecutive image display, by changing the display position of the images on the display screen.

Imaging apparatus including shaking correction for a second imaging sensor

There is provided an imaging apparatus having a viewfinder optical system; a first image sensor; a photometric sensor; and optical path changing means. The viewfinder optical system has a first reflective surface that reflects a monitoring luminous flux, and the first reflective surface changes a reflection angle of the monitoring luminous flux. A change in a reflection angle of the first reflective surface causes a course of the monitoring luminous flux to be switched between a first optical path and a second optical path. In a case of second optical path, a travel direction is changed with the optical path changing means placed on the second optical path, causing a photometric processing to be performed using the first image sensor, while in a case of the first optical path, the photometric processing is performed using the photometric sensor.

In a camera having an automatic flash light control system, a quantity of flash light illuminating an object is restricted by a value as an upper limit or a lower limit which is calculated by a distance to the object and an aperture value of a taking lens. When there is any factor for affecting the calculation of the value such as a high reflectance of the object, a specific lens system of the taking lens and a position of the flashing unit with respect to the camera, the limit value is compensated or the restriction by the value is release. When the flash light control has completed, the flash light control mode is distinguished by indication manner corresponding to the result of the actual flash light control.

Camera

An automatic-focusing camera is provided with a multiple-point distance-measurement device having a plurality of distance-measurement areas, a multiple-division photometry device having a plurality of photometry areas, and a multiple-division light-amount-control device having a plurality of light-amount-control areas. Part of the photometry areas and part of the light-amount-control areas correspond to the distance-measurement areas. When a taking lens is focused on a subject, its focus is locked. Out of the information obtained from the multiple-point distance-measurement device, a set of information obtained when the focus of the taking lens is locked is compared with a set of information obtained immediately before a shot is taken, and thereby a change in picture composition after the locking of the taking lens focus is detected. This makes it possible to achieve exposure control in ambient-light shooting and light amount control in flash shooting in accordance with a change in picture composition. Based on the information obtained from the multiple-point distance-measurement device, the subject and the background are identified, and, in accordance with the distribution of the subject and the background, the reference value to be used to stop emission of illumination light and the contribution ratios of the individual light-amount-control areas relative to the total amount of light received are determined to achieve light amount control in flash shooting.

Automatic focusing camera

A camera is provided with a distance measurement device having a plurality of distance measurement regions and outputting distance measurement information of each distance measurement region, a light adjustment device having a plurality of light adjustment regions including regions substantially coinciding with the distance measurement regions, and an auxiliary light emitting device for emitting auxiliary light in distance measurement. The auxiliary light emitting device emits auxiliary light when low contrast is detected in at least one of the plurality of distance measurement regions. When auxiliary light is emitted, the flash light emission quantity is controlled based on the distance measurement information in auxiliary light emission and an output from the light adjustment device.

A camera including a first and second luminance detector, a distance detector and a calculator. The first luminance detector, having a first spectral sensitivity and receiving light from a larger region of a photographing view, generates a first luminance information. The distance detector, having a second spectral sensitivity and receiving light from a smaller region of the photographing view, generates a distance information concerning a distance to an object. The second luminance detector generates a second luminance information based on the received light of the distance detector. The calculator calculates a control luminance value for exposure control based on the first luminance information and the second luminance information when the first luminance information is above a predetermined threshold value. In addition, the calculator calculates a control luminance value based on the first luminance information when the first luminance information is below the predetermined threshold value.

A subject image is formed on a focusing screen by a taking lens in a camera. The focusing screen is constituted by a liquid crystal whose light diffusion characteristic is variable. The light diffusion characteristic is varied according to an open aperture value of the taking lens which is attached to the camera.

Camera capable of indicating set photographic field by masking an area out of the photographic field nearby an image forming plane within a visual field of a viewfinder or lowering transmittance of the area in accordance with a change of photography format such as from an ordinary shot to a panoramic shot. The camera includes light-receiving elements for photometry which output a signal in response to amount of light transmitted through the image forming plane within an optical path of the viewfinder, a correcting circuit for correcting the element output in response to the set photographic field, and a photometry circuit for calculating a photometric value.
