To provide a manual tool excellent in workability and operability and capable of precise tightening torque management, a manual tool includes a grip including a bit holding part that detachably holds a bit, and a torque sensor that is of a magnetostrictive type, and includes a detecting part that is penetrated by the bit held by the bit holding part and surrounds an outer periphery of the bit, the torque sensor is capable of contactlessly detecting a torque acting on the bit, and is detachably provided to the grip. The torque sensor can be configured to be formed so as to be mountable to the grip with the bit mounted to the bit holding part of the grip.

Manual tool, and bit and torque sensor used therefor

Provided is an angle detection device capable of detecting the angle with high sensitivity by a very simple assembly process without requiring complicated processing. The angle detection device is provided with: a rotor () which is formed by a disk plate body produced from a magnetic substance having uniaxial magnetic anisotropy, the disk plate body rotating around a center point within the disk plate surface; a stator () which is provided to face the plate surface of the disk plate body of the rotor (), has approximately the same external shape as that of the rotor, and is divided into a plurality of fan-shaped regions, and in which an exciting coil or a detection coil is wound along the outer periphery of each of the divided regions.

Angle detection apparatus

An angle detecting apparatus using a resolver disposed at a position where an external magnetic field is present on one side in an axial direction includes a rotor that is rotatable and made of a magnetic material, a magnetic permeability of the magnet material having an uniaxial anisotropy as an entirety, and a stator disposed to face the rotor, the stator including an exciting coil and a detection coil for detecting a magnetic flux generated by the exciting coil, the rotor being provided between the stator and the external magnetic field.

Angle detecting apparatus and angle detecting system

A current detection system includes: first and second magnetic plates arranged in parallel with a predetermined distance; a bus bar for flowing current; and a magneto-electric conversion element converting a lateral direction component of a measurement object magnetic flux, generated by current flowing through the bus bar, to an electric signal. When an external magnetic flux in a lateral direction passes through an accommodation space between the first and second magnetic plates, a trajectory of the external magnetic flux is bent by the first and second magnetic plates, and the accommodation space is divided into a permeable space, through which the external magnetic flux passes, and a non-permeable space, through which the external magnetic flux does not pass. The bus bar is arranged in the accommodation space. The magneto-electric conversion element is arranged in the non-permeable space. The bus bar and the magneto-electric conversion element are lined in the height direction.

Electrical current detection system

A current sensor includes: a magneto electric conversion element; and a magnetic field concentrating core applying a magnetic field caused by a measurement object current to the magneto electric conversion element. A planar shape of the magnetic field concentrating core perpendicular to a current flowing direction is a ring shape with a gap. The magneto electric conversion element is arranged in the gap. A part of a conductor for flowing the current is surrounded by the magnetic field concentrating core. The magnetic field concentrating core includes two first magnetic members and at least one second magnetic member, which are stacked alternately in the current flowing direction. Parts of the two first magnetic members adjacent to each other via the one second magnetic member are opposed to each other through a clearance or an insulator.

Current sensor

A magnetic sensor comprises an orthogonal flux-gate magnetometer having a first sensor head comprising a first magnetic core at least parallel portions of which are formed of magnetic material, and a first detection coil wound around said first magnetic core, said parallel portions of said first magnetic core being placed closely to each other. The magnetic sensor comprises a search-coil magnetometer having a second sensor head comprising a second magnetic core having a central axis placed coaxially with a central axis of the first magnetic core of said orthogonal flux-gate magnetometer, and a second detection coil wound around said second magnetic core. The first sensor head of said orthogonal flux-gate magnetometer is placed in a region in which magnetic flux density is increased through a magnet collection effect by the second magnetic core of said search-coil magnetometer.

Magnetic field sensor

It is an object of the present invention to provide a separate type magnetic shield apparatus which has high access performance to a magnetically shielded space, in which magnetic shielding is very effectively achieved. In the separate type magnetic shield apparatus, first and second conductorsandextending in the longitudinal axial line direction are provided on a curved magnetic shield outer side wallof a first magnetic shield side wall bodyA at up and down symmetrical positions relative to the longitudinal plane Hp passing through the longitudinal axial line of the cylindrical space S to cause current to flow therethrough; first and second conductorsandextending in the longitudinal axial line direction, on the curved magnetic shield outer side wallof the second magnetic shield side wall bodyB, at up and down symmetrical positions relative to the horizontal plane Hp passing through the longitudinal axial line of the cylindrical space S to cause current to flow therethrough; and magnetic fluxes H coming horizontally to the first magnetic shield side wall bodyA and to the second magnetic shield side wall bodyB are deflected up and down by means of magnetic fields produced around the first and second conductorsand, thereby preventing magnetic fluxes from flowing into the cylindrical space S.

Separate type magnetic shield apparatus

The magnetic shield device including a plurality of concentrically arranged open-ended cylinders having a magnetic shaking applied thereto. A rectangular magnetic ribbon is fixed on the innermost cylinder such that a longitudinal direction of the ribbon is in parallel with or substantially in parallel with a circumferential direction of the cylinder to obtain a large magnetic shielding enhancement on a transverse direction, and a coil is wound around the innermost cylinder for supplying a magnetic shaking current. A rectangular magnetic ribbon is fixed on at least one cylinder except for the innermost one such that a longitudinal direction of the ribbon is in parallel with or substantially in parallel with an axial direction of the cylinder to obtain a large magnetic shielding enhancement on the axial direction, and a coil is wound around the cylinder for supplying a magnetic shaking current. A leakage of the magnetic shaking fields can be minimized and a high magnetic shielding enhancement on both the axial and circumferential directions can be attained. At least one cylinder is made of a magnetic material, and axial length and diameter of cylinders are suitably adjusted to attain a uniformity of a leakage magnetic field within the cylinder can be improved while a sufficiently high shielding factor is remained.

Magnetostrictive stress sensor and apparatus applying same

An apparatus for measuring a weak magnetic field in a background D.C. magnetic field such as the earth's magnetic field or the like includes a magnetic pickup portion that is supported by a support mechanism which does not impede minute movement in the x- and y-axis direction. A pair of A.C. linear gradient magnetic fields whose directions of gradients are parallel to the x-axis and y-axis, respectively, are used for obtaining reference signals for sensing the position of the pickup portion. The frequencies of the A.C. linear gradient magnetic fields are set to be sufficiently higher than the frequency of the weak magnetic field that is to be measured. The A.C. linear gradient magnetic fields are provided by A.C. current flowing in two pairs of linear conductors which are perpendicular to each other.

Apparatus for reducing noise due to sensor vibration during measurement

A high-permeability core has four legs of a quadrangular prism shape. An exciting coil has a first winding that is wound on two adjacent legs of the core, and a second winding connected to the first winding and wound on the other two adjacent legs in the direction opposite to the winding direction of the first winding. A detecting coil has a structure similar to that of the exciting coil, and oriented orthogonally thereto. The sensor is disposed adjacent to a rotary shaft such that a long side of each winding of the exciting coil is parallel to the axial direction of the rotary shaft. The core is-produced by forming a cruciform groove in a rectangular parallelepiped core block from one face.
