The present invention relates to a through-type capacitor having a cylindrical dielectric and a through terminal inserted into the former. The characteristics of the capacitor of the present invention reside in that the through terminal inserted into a through-hole drilled in the dielectric is in the form of a metallic pipe provided with a plurality of slits at equal intervals and the parts of the metallic pipe separated by the slits are soldered to a metallized inner wall surface of the through-hole serving as an electrode. With the above structure, the capacitor of the present invention has the advantages that since the metallic pipe having a plurality of slits is used as a through terminal, the thermal stress and the bending force applied on the dielectric at the time of thermal expansion of the terminal due to a temperature change are sharply reduced and the terminal can be easily manufactured without requiring much time and labor for coating a solder resist on the terminal as has been the case with the prior art technique.

Through-type capacitor

When mounting a magnetron to the flange of a wave guide, a stud bolt studded in a mounting plate secured to the magnetron is passed through a bore in the flange and tightened with a nut on the side of the flange. The stud bolt has a tip portion without threads having a diameter which is equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter of bottom of thread of the stud bolt.

Mounting structure for magnetrons

In an electronic tube comprising a cup shaped first electrode, a cup shaped insulator bonded to the first electrode through a first joint and a second central electrode secured to the insulator through a second joint, there is provided a shielding member intercepting the equipotential magnetic planes of the leakage flux between the first and second joints for preventing thermal fracture of the insulator.

Electronic tubes

In a magnetron of the type including a metal cylinder extending through a yoke constituting the magnetic circuit for a magnet and disposed in the path of antenna lead wire extending between an anode electrode and an antenna terminal, and a gasket disposed between the yoke and the metal cylinder, there is provided an annular metallic cushion fitted over the metal cylinder. The cushion has an inner diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the cylinder and is provided with a plurality of radial slits on the inner periphery.
