Implementations are directed to receiving current data, processing the current data using a predictive model to provide a result, the result corresponding to a sub-model of the predictive model, determining a set of syntactically similar sub-models based on other data, providing at least one semantic model based on the sub-model of the predictive model, one or more syntactically similar sub-models of the set of syntactically similar sub-models, a domain ontology (knowledge graph), and constraints, the at least one semantic model being provided by merging nodes of the sub-model of the predictive model, and a previously determined sub-model of the predictive model using the domain ontology, a label of the domain ontology being used to label a merged node, determining an interpretation based on the at least one semantic model, the interpretation providing at least one reason for the result, and providing the interpretation.

Interpretation of predictive models using semantic grouping

Techniques are described for providing an ad hoc mesh network of nodes that employ a light-based transmission protocol, such as a version of light fidelity (LiFi). The mesh network includes multiple nodes that each includes transceiver(s) for sending and receiving light-based communications. A node in the mesh network can receive a message signal sent by another node, by detecting the light modulations emitted by the sending node to transmit the message signal. The receiving node can forward the message signal to other node(s) that are proximal to the receiving node (e.g., that are in line-of-sight with the receiving node), by emitting the appropriate light modulations to send the message signal. In this way, a message signal can be conveyed from one node to another, from one endpoint of the mesh network to another endpoint of the mesh network.

Ad hoc light-based mesh network

Methods, systems, apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage medium, for location-based content delivery to vehicles using LiFi is disclosed. In one aspect, a method is disclosed that includes operations of obtaining, by a LiFi transceiver unit, a vehicle identifier that identifies a vehicle, providing, by the LiFi transceiver unit and to a server, the vehicle identifier using an internet protocol network, wherein the server is configured to determine a location of the vehicle based on the vehicle identifier and an identity of the LiFi transceiver unit that provided the vehicle identifier, receiving, by the LiFi transceiver unit and from the server, the location of the vehicle and location-based content, encoding, by the LiFi transceiver unit, the location-based content into multiple light signals, and providing, by the LiFi transceiver unit, the encoded location-based content to the vehicle using the location of the vehicle.

Location-based content delivery to vehicles

An extensible key management system includes a developer services portal for accessing an application. The system may identify initiation via the developer services portal of an association of the application with an external API of a third party provider service and automatically obtain a sub-key for the external API from the third party provider service on behalf of a developer of the application. The sub-key may be obtained in accordance with authorization provided by a master key previously provided from the third party provider service. The system may map an association between the sub-key, the application and the external API and store the association. Upon receipt of a service call message resulting from a request from a user device executing the application, the system may identify and replace a developer API key included in the service call message with the sub-key based on the stored association.

An extensible single point orchestration system receives service requests from applications. In dependence upon the service request a single third party provider service or multiple third party provider services is identified. When the single third party provider service is identified, the system dynamically adapts a core capability service, using a stored configuration entity, so as to set an appropriate message format and transmit a service call message to an external API of the identified single third party provider service. When multiple third party provider services are identified, the system dynamically adapts the core capability service, using another stored configuration entity, so as to set a respective appropriate message format for parallel data transmission of service call messages to each of the respective identified third party provider services and transmits the service call messages to respective external APIs of each of the third party provider services.
