An endovascular stent graft having an oblique feature. The endovascular stent graft may include a body having a body proximal end and a body oblique perimeter distal end oblique to the body. The endovascular stent graft may further have a leg having a leg oblique proximal end oblique to the leg and a leg distal end. The endovascular stent graft may further include a plurality of stiches coupling the body oblique perimeter distal end and the leg oblique proximal end.

A stent-graft prosthesis includes a graft material having a tubular construction, a frame coupled to the graft material, and a port or opening disposed between a proximal end and a distal end of the graft material. The port or opening is open during deployment of the stent-graft prosthesis to enable blood flow from a graft lumen within the graft material to exit the graft lumen, and the port or opening is blocked upon full deployment of the stent-graft prosthesis to prevent blood flow from within the graft lumen from exiting the graft lumen through the port or opening.

An endovascular stent graft for treatment of a blood vessel is provided. The stent is configured to be inserted into the blood vessel while in a radially-contracted configuration, and may be opened into a radially-expanded configuration once properly located within the blood vessel. The stent graft includes a main body having a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end of the main body is connected to a first leg and a second leg. A first plurality of stitching extends along a first seam path and connects the main body to the first leg, while a second plurality of stitching extends along a second seam path and connects the main body to the second leg. At least one of the first or second seam axes can be offset, in that the seam path does not extent perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the stent graft.
