The gaming machine includes a processor programmed to execute an algorithm to display an animated sequence of computer-generated images on a display device including the steps of rendering a plurality of games on a game screen with each game including a plurality of virtual reels, and animating each of the plurality of virtual reels to spin and stop to display an outcome of each corresponding game. The processor also displays a credit award feature by determining a number of free games associated with each corresponding game, determining a credit award range based on the associated number of free games, and animating a credit award selection screen onto the game screen overlaid across a portion of each corresponding game. The credit award selection screen including a selectable credit award icon displaying the determined credit award range.

A gaming machine is described herein. The gaming machine includes a cabinet, a display device mounted to the cabinet, and a control unit operably coupled to the display device. The control unit includes a processor programmed to execute an algorithm to render an animated sequence of computer-generated images on the display device including the steps of rendering a denomination configuration screen on the display device including a plurality of selectable denominations and receiving an operator's selections of the selectable denominations including a first operator selected denomination and a second operator selected denomination. The processor determines an MDT multiplier based on the first operator selected denomination and determines an MDT denomination for each operator selected denomination based on the MDT multiplier.

Gaming machine and control method for operating gaming machines to display computer animated reel games

A video carousel bonus feature system is disclosed that includes gaming presentations for a plurality of players, one or more game processors, and a plurality of base game cabinets that each contain base game presentations that display base games. The system also includes a video carousel with a plurality of video monitors, wherein each of the plurality of video monitors is positioned above a base game cabinet, wherein a visual representation of one or more bonus features is displayed independently on each video monitor of the video carousel. The system is configured to award one of the plurality of players at least one bonus feature that appears to move from video monitor to video monitor on the video carousel, wherein the awarded bonus feature coincides with the visual representation of the bonus feature being displayed on the video carousel monitor positioned directly above the triggering base game cabinet.

System and method for awarding bonus features in a video carousel

A method and system to provide user-configurable preferences and/or options for team play on a single gaming machine is disclosed. According to one embodiment, a computer-implemented gaming system comprises a memory device having stored thereon a gaming application that enables multiplayer, turn-based gameplay among one or more players. A computer-processing unit is operatively connected to the memory device and processes the gaming application to enable the one or more players to specify a condition for determining when a player's turn at gameplay ends. Processing the gaming application further includes determining that the condition is satisfied for a current player and generating a message to indicate that the current player's turn at gameplay is terminated. A display presents the generated message to the one or more players.
