An obstacle avoidance system based on sonar for an unmanned aerial vehicle includes an electric motor, a single sonar module, and a control panel. The sonar module rotates with the electric motor. The control panel controls a rotation of the electric motor, thereby controlling the direction in which obstacles to the flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle are detected by the sonar module. The unmanned aerial vehicle includes a fuselage, the sonar obstacle avoidance system, and an aerial vehicle controller. A sonar obstacle avoidance method is also disclosed.

A second groove is formed in the first groove. The beam splitting section includes a first total reflecting surface and a second total reflecting surface. A dihedral-angle between the first total reflecting surface and the second total reflecting surface is predetermined. The first lens is defined in the first groove. The first lens includes a beam splitter. The beam splitter includes a first light emitting surface. The first light emitting surface is connected to the first total reflecting surface. The second lens is defined in the second groove. The second lens is corresponding to the first lens. The third lens defined in the second groove. The third lens is corresponding to the second total reflecting surface.

Optical fiber connector and optical coupling lens

An apparatus for fixing an optical fiber hole insert in coordinate measurement, is provided. The apparatus includes a main body and a cover plate. The main body includes a front side surface, a back side surface and a support surface, a plurality of first grooves formed in the support surface and exposed at the front side surface, a plurality of second grooves formed in the support surface and exposed at the back side surface, and a through hole defined in the support surface. The first grooves are aligned with the respective second grooves, the first and second grooves communicate with the through hole and are configured for cooperatively receiving the optical fiber hole insert. The cover plate is configured for covering the support surface and making contact with the optical fiber hole insert. A method for measuring the optical fiber hole insert using the apparatus is also provided.

An photoelectric convertor comprises an optical coupler, a circuit board and two restricting posts fixed on the circuit board. The optical coupler defined two restricting grooves passing through its bottom surface and top surface. When the optical coupler is positioned on the circuit board, the two restricting posts are respectively engaged in the two restricting grooves. Each restricting groove has a sidewall opposite to a front surface of the optical coupler.

An optical fiber holding device for holding optical fibers includes an assembling member and a base. The assembling member includes a top surface, a bottom surface opposite to the top surface, a front surface, and a rear surface opposite to the front surface. The front surface and the rear surface are interconnected between the top surface and the bottom surface. The front surface defines a number of receiving holes for receiving front portions of the optical fibers. The base includes an assembly portion and a support portion connecting the assembly portion. The assembly member is detachably mounted on the assembly portion. The support portion supports main portions of the optical fibers.

An LCD module includes a screen, a light diffusion plate, a first lens, a second lens and an LED. The second lens covers the first lens which in turn covers the LED. The first lens has a first fly-eye lens array formed on a light-incident face thereof and a second fly-eye lens array formed on a light-emergent face thereof. Each of the first fly-eye lens array and the second fly-eye lens array includes multiple convex micro-lenses. The second lens is a light diffusion lens. Light emitted from the LED is diffused by the first lens and the second lens to uniformly illuminate the screen through the light diffusion plate.

An optical coupling assembly includes a circuit board, at least one light emitter, at least one light receiver, and an optical coupling module. The circuit board includes a mounting surface and an alignment groove formed on the mounting surface. The at least one light emitter and at least one light receiver are mounted on the mounting surface. The optical coupling module includes at least two lenses and a positioning member. The positioning member is engaged with the alignment groove, with each of the at least one light emitter and the at least one light receiver being optically aligned with a respective one of the at least two first lenses.

An optical fiber connector includes a housing, two coupling lenses, a RJ45 plug, a holder, and two optical fibers. The housing defines a receiving cavity with a bottom surface and two through holes. The coupling lens is positioned on the bottom surface and covers the through holes. The RJ45 plug is received in the receiving cavity and defines a receiving recess. The holder is received in the receiving recess and defines two receiving through holes. The optical fibers are received in the receiving through holes and optically aligned with the coupling lenses.

An optical-electric converting module includes a printed circuit board (PCB), a bracket and an optical-electric coupling element. The PCB includes a supporting surface, at least one laser diode and at least one photo diode. The at least one laser diode and the at least one photo diode are positioned on the supporting surface and electrically connected to the PCB. The bracket includes a first surface and a second surface facing away from the first surface. The first surface rests on the supporting surface. The bracket defines a through window running through the first surface and the second surface. The bracket is detachably connected to the supporting surface of the PCB, with the at least one laser diode and the at least one photo diode being received in the through window. The optical-electric coupling element is detachably connected to the second surface of the bracket.

An HDMI signals transmission device includes a first HDMI connector, a second HDMI connector, a first cable, a second cable, and an optical fiber connector assembly.
