An in-ear earphone includes a shell and a sound output device. The shell has a first engaging portion. The sound output device has a sound tunnel, a second engaging portion and a speaker. The speaker is disposed between the sound tunnel and the second engaging portion coaxially with the sound tunnel. The second engaging portion is movably engaged with the first engaging portion. The angle between the shell and the sound output device is adjustable so that the sound tunnel can be suitably plugged into individual user's ear canals.

In-ear earphone

A microphone includes a casing having an open side and a lid mounted to and covering the open side of the casing. A circuit board and a mounting plate are mounted in the casing. An audio conversion unit and a switch are mounted on the circuit board and electrically connected with each other such that activation of the switch controls on/off of the audio conversion unit. The lid includes a pivotal portion pivotably engaged with an end of the mounting plate distant to the switch, allowing the other end of the lid to pivot relative to the mounting plate between an activating position for pressing against and activating the switch and a non-activating position disengaged from the switch. A returning member is mounted between the lid and the casing for returning the other end of the lid to the non-activating position.

Microphone

A microphone includes a case, a circuit board, a plate, a cover/button element and an elastic element. The circuit board is disposed in the case and includes a transducer for receiving and converting sound waves into electric signals and a switch operable for turning on and off the circuit board. The plate is disposed in the case and defines two slots and an aperture through which the switch is exposed. A cover/button element includes at least two hooks inserted through the slots defined in the plate so that the cover/button element is movable between a normal position away from the switch of the circuit board and a pushed position in contact with the switch while always covering the case. The elastic element is sandwiched between the plate and the cover/button element for returning the cover/button element to the normal position from the pushed position.

The present invention discloses a strain relief collar for use with an accessory associated with a mobile device and its method of making. The first step is the making of an outer molded body having an engagement portion with a cutout. The second step is inserting a cord into the outer molded body. The third step is the forming of an inner molded body having a hooking portion extending outward from the periphery thereof and beyond the cutout for engaging with an accessory. The present invention also discloses another strain relief collar for use with another accessory associated with a mobile device and its method of making. The first step is connecting the cord to an electrical component associated with the accessory. The second step is the forming of an inner molded body. The third step is the forming of an outer molded body.
