A lamp includes a housing, a heat sink, a cooling fan and a light-emitting module. The housing has an assembling opening and an electrical connection member on two ends thereof, wherein the housing further comprises an inner wall and a portion of the inner wall adjacent to the assembling opening is an air-guiding wall. The heat sink has a base plate disposed at the assembling opening of the housing, wherein the base plate has at least one partitioning board defining an air channel of the heat sink. A first air-guiding opening is formed between the air-guiding wall and the at least one partitioning board, and a second air-guiding opening is formed between the air channel and the air-guiding wall. The cooling fan is coupled with the heat sink and has an impeller. The light-emitting module is coupled with the base plate of the heat sink.

Lamp

A light device including a housing, a cooling unit and a light emitting unit is disclosed. The housing has an assembly opening and an electrical base. The cooling unit is in the housing and has a heat dissipating seat, a driving member electrically connecting with the electrical base, and a fan wheel rotatably coupled with the driving member. The heat dissipating seat has a lateral wall coupled with the housing, an inner air channel formed in the lateral wall, a base portion arranged in the inner air channel for the driving member to be mounted, and at least one through hole penetrating the base portion and communicating with the inner air channel. The light emitting unit is coupled with the heat dissipating seat and electrically connects with the electrical base. An outer air channel is formed between the lateral wall and the housing.

Light device with enhanced flow rate and cooling efficiency and reduced noise and a cooling unit thereof

A fan comprises a housing, a fan, a heat sink, and a light emitting element. The housing has a compartment and forms an opening. The fan is mounted inside the compartment of the housing and has a frame and an impeller mounted inside the frame. A first air-guiding channel is formed between a peripheral surface of the frame and an inner peripheral surface of the housing. The heat sink is coupled to the fan and has a first surface and a second surface, with the first surface facing the impeller. Also, a second air-guiding channel is formed between an outer periphery of the heat sink and an inner surface of the frame. The light-emitting element is disposed on the second surface of the heat sink. In such arrangement, used components and structural complexity of the lamp can be significantly reduced so as to be convenient in assemblage.

A lamp comprises a housing, a heat sink, a fan and a light-emitting element. The housing includes an opening end and a compartment communicating with the opening end. The heat sink is disposed at the opening end and includes a lateral wall, a base, a plurality of first connection members, a plurality of first air channels and at least one second air channel. The base is surrounded by and spaced from the lateral wall. The base is connected to an inner circumferential wall of the lateral wall via the first connection members, wherein each of the first air channels is formed between adjacent two of the first connection members. The at least one second air channel is formed between an outer circumferential wall of the lateral wall and an inner face of the housing. The fan is disposed at one side of the heat sink in the compartment. The light-emitting element is disposed at another side of the heat sink.

Lamp and heat sink thereof

A lamp device includes a housing having first and second ends spaced in an axial direction. The housing further includes an air inlet portion and an air outlet portion. A circuit board is mounted in the housing and electrically connected to an electrical connection portion on the first end of the housing. The circuit board includes a substrate having first and second sides spaced in the axial direction and respectively facing the second and first ends of the housing. The circuit board further includes electronic elements. One of the electronic elements having the largest height in the axial direction is mounted on the first side. A heat dissipating module is mounted in the housing and between the air inlet portion and the air outlet portion. A lighting element is coupled to the heat dissipating module and electrically connected to the circuit board.
