The present invention provides a slide rail assembly with an easy-to-position and safe unlocking mechanism to avoid the risk of injury when operating the slide rail assembly of a server case.

Slide rail assembly

A slide assembly includes a channel member including a stop recess having a front end and a rear end; a slide member including a sliding first portion, a sliding second portion, a slot, and a connection portion on the sliding first portion, the slide member being configured to move in the channel member; and a release mechanism disposed on the slide member and including first and second release member. In a locked state the first limit members of the positioning portion of the first release member engage with the front larger hole of the stop recess, the second limit members of the positioning portion of the first release member engage with the rear smaller hole of the stop recess, and the elastic arm of the second release member engages with the rear smaller hole of the stop recess. A double release mechanism is provided.

Slide assembly

A working temperature calculation method for a storage device of a server is provided. Firstly, n detected temperatures are converted into n transformed temperatures according to a composite temperature algorithm. If all of the n transformed temperatures are lower than a strengthen heat dissipation trigger temperature, the lowest temperature of the n transformed temperatures is set as a working temperature of the storage device. If at least one of the n transformed temperatures is higher than the strengthen heat dissipation trigger temperature, the highest temperature of the n transformed temperatures is set as the working temperature. When the storage device receives a temperature read command from the host, the storage device sends an information about the working temperature to the host, and the host controls a heat dissipation mode of the heat dissipation mechanism according to the working temperature.

A data processing method for a computer system is provided. The computer system includes a host and an open-channel solid state drive. The open-channel solid state drive is connected with the host. The data processing method includes the following steps. Firstly, plural block characteristic parameters of a specified block in a non-volatile memory of the open-channel solid state drive are collected. Then, the plural block characteristic parameters are inputted into a prediction function, so that a prediction value is acquired. If the prediction value exceeds a threshold value, a data in the specified block of the non-volatile memory is moved to a blank block of the non-volatile memory by the host.

A drawer interlock mechanism comprises a fixation base, an axial cam, two braking slides and a guiding switch. The axial cam is put into a holding groove of the fixation base, so a big column and a small column are respectively placed into the position-limiting groove on top surface of the holding groove. The two braking slides are put in a slide groove of the fixation base, so when the axial cam rotates 90 degrees, its moving and stopping blocks move the two braking slides outward. The guiding switch is locked with the slide at the front. Its side has a guiding groove and a curved groove, which correspondingly match the big column and the small column, so they move according to the path lead by the curved slide groove and the guiding slide groove and the axial cam can rotate 90 degrees.

Drawer interlock mechanism

This invention relates a braking slide structure of the drawer interlock wherein the braking slide is composed of detachable bracket board and the insert sleeve. The bracket board is designed with a guide channel formed by side walls and with the guide stud to limit the bracket board sliding off the bracket. This drawer interlock is mounted on the drawer slides and rails, entailing additional installation of a pair of braking slides. The drawer interlock is an integral element fixed on the drawer for simplified assembly and operation. The braking rod is easy to be inserted into the insert sleeve linking to the top of the bracket board. The bracket board exposes to the outside of the slide hole on the bracket which is easy for the braking rod to slip into the insert sleeve and reach to the top of the bracket board with no space restraint.

Braking slide structure for drawer interlock

An improved drawer interlocking mechanism mainly has a number of curved holes at equal angle along the peripheral of an axle hole in the base. There are flexible and moveable sticking tabs along the peripheral of an axle cam, which is allowed to freely rotate when it is installed into the axle hole of a base. After the axle cam rotates by an angle, the tab matches and locks into a curved hole for positioning. Two sets of brakes have symmetrical matching stoppers on two opposite sides, so the brakes can be placed into any slot of the base and a guide groove can be placed on the axle line corresponding to convex point. The groove surface has a stop to block the convex point, so the brake can slide and lead the direction with position limiting function. Thus, this can prevent the brake from dropping out of the slot.
