A touch-sensor structure includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, insulating isolation portions, and an intermediate conductive layer. The first conductive layer includes first conductive units, connection lines and second conductive units. Each connection line connects to two first conductive units. The second conductive layer includes bridge lines. Each bridge line is electrically connected to two second conductive units. The insulating isolation portion is disposed between the connection line and the bridge line. The intermediate conductive layer is at least disposed at an overlapping position between the bridge lines and the second conductive units to isolate the first conductive layer from the second conductive layer. The intermediate conductive layer electrically connects each bridge line to the corresponding second conductive units.

Touch-sensor structures and methods of forming the same

The present disclosure provides a composite substrate structure and a touch panel having composite substrate structure, for promoting abrasion resistance, visual transparency, and appearance. The composite substrate structure includes a transparent substrate and a diamond-like carbon layer. The diamond-like carbon layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and has a thickness less than or equal to about 15 nanometers.

Composite substrate structure and touch panel having the same

A touch device includes a transparent substrate, at least one reflection increasing structure, and a masking layer. The transparent substrate has an non-visible area and a visible area. The non-visible area is located around the periphery of the visible area. The reflection increasing structure is disposed on the non-visible area of the transparent substrate. The masking layer corresponds to the reflection increasing structure and it is disposed on the non-visible area of the transparent substrate.

Touch-sensor structures and method of forming the same

A touch display device includes a transparent substrate, a first ink layer, a shading layer, and a decorative layer. The transparent substrate has a visible region and an non-visible region. The non-visible region is located at the peripheral of the visible region. The first ink layer is disposed on the non-visible region of the transparent substrate. The shading layer is disposed on the first ink layer. The decorative layer is disposed on a portion of the first ink layer and located between the first ink layer and the shading layer. The optical density of the first ink layer is between 0.3 and 0.67.

Touch display device

A composite substrate structure includes a transparent substrate, an anti-reflective layer, and an anti-glare layer. The anti-reflective layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and has at least a first anti-reflective film and the refractive index of the first anti-reflective film is greater than that of the transparent substrate. The anti-glare layer is disposed on the anti-reflective layer, and the anti-glare layer and the transparent substrate are respectively located at two opposite sides of the anti-reflective layer. The refractive index of the anti-glare layer is less than that of the first anti-reflective film, and the anti-glare layer has a rough surface distant from the anti-reflective layer.

Composite substrate structure and touch-sensitive device

A touch panel comprises a protection substrate, a first transparent substrate, a first patterned electrode layer and a first transparent adhesive layer. The first transparent substrate is disposed opposite the protection substrate. The first patterned electrode layer is disposed on the first transparent substrate and between the protection substrate and the first transparent substrate, and includes a patterned portion and a non-patterned portion. The first transparent adhesive layer is disposed between the protection substrate and the first patterned electrode layer. The refractive index of the first transparent adhesive layer is greater than or equal to 1.65 and less than or equal to 1.72, wherein reflectivity of the patterned portion is substantially the same as the reflectivity of the non-patterned portion.

Touch panel

An optical film includes a substrate, an anti-glare layer, a first anti-reflective layer and a second anti-reflective layer. The anti-glare layer is disposed on the substrate and has a microstructure disposed on a side of the anti-glare layer away from the substrate. The first anti-reflective layer is disposed on the microstructures of the anti-glare layer, and the anti-glare layer is located between the substrate and the first anti-reflective layer. The second anti-reflective layer is disposed on the first anti-reflective layer, and the first anti-reflective layer is located between the anti-glare layer and the second anti-reflective layer. A refractive index of the first anti-reflective layer is different from a refractive index of the anti-glare layer.

Optical film

The present disclosure provides a composite substrate structure and a touch panel having composite substrate structure, for promoting abrasion resistance, visual transparency, and appearance. The composite substrate structure includes a transparent substrate, a hydrophobic layer disposed on the transparent substrate, and a diamond-like carbon layer disposed between the transparent substrate and the hydrophobic layer, wherein the hydrophobic layer has a coefficient of static friction less than or equal to about 0.1.

A touch module and a touch panel comprising the same are provided. The touch panel comprises a substrate and a touch module disposed on the substrate. The touch module comprises a first conductive element, a second conductive element, and a dielectric element disposed between the first conductive element and the second conductive element, whereby the first conductive element are electrically insulated from the second conductive element. The dielectric element has a thickness equal to or less than 1 micrometer, and thereby it is beneficial to achieve miniaturization of the touch panel.

Touch module and touch panel

A touch display device comprises a display module, a polarizer, a first patterned electrode layer and a first transparent adhesive layer. The first patterned electrode layer is disposed between the polarizer and the display module and includes a patterned portion and a non-patterned portion. The first transparent adhesive layer is disposed on the first patterned electrode layer. The refractive index of the first transparent adhesive layer is greater than or equal to 1.65 and less than or equal to 1.72, wherein reflectivity of the patterned portion is substantially the same as reflectivity of the non-patterned portion.

A substrate structure with invisible inner electrode patterns is provided. The substrate structure includes a substrate, an electrode pattern, a first laminated structure, and a passivation layer. The electrode pattern is disposed on the substrate. The first laminated structure is disposed on the electrode pattern, in which the first laminated structure includes a first upper layer, a second upper layer, and a third upper layer. The first upper layer is adjoined to the electrode pattern and the substrate. The first upper layer, the second upper layer, and the third upper layer are stacked sequentially. The passivation layer is disposed on the first laminated structure. The refractive indexes of the electrode pattern, the first upper layer, the second upper layer, the third upper layer, and the passivation layer are decreased sequentially.

Substrate structure and fabrication method thereof

The present disclosure provides a touch panel, including: a cover lens, an optical compensation layer and a sensing electrode layer disposed between the cover lens and the optical compensation layer, wherein an etching region and a non-etching region are defined in the sensing electrode layer; an optical match is formed by the optical compensation layer with the sensing electrode layer, wherein the optical compensation layer receives incident light through the cover lens and the sensing electrode to reconcile the hue of the reflected light correspondingly formed from the etching region and the non-etching region. The present disclosure also provides a method for fabricating a touch panel.

Touch panel and method for fabricating the same

A method of preparing a hearth roll with a coating, including: plating a metal on a ceramic powder by using electroless plating; mixing the metal-plated ceramic powder and a metal powder to form a cement powder; and thermally spraying the cement powder onto a hearth roll. Another method is: plating a metal on a ceramic powder by using electroless plating; mixing the metal-plated ceramic powder, a metal powder, and a binder to form a slurry, and subjecting the slurry to granulating and sintering to obtain a sintered powder; and thermally spraying the sintered powder onto a hearth roll.
