The present invention relates to a robot cleaner and, more particularly, to a robot cleaner comprising: a main body forming the outer appearance; a suction unit provided in the main body; a dust collecting unit which is provided in the main body and collects dust introduced through the suction unit; a driving motor which provides rotating power to move the main body, and includes a driving shaft and a driving gear coupled to one end portion of the driving shaft; a driving wheel rotating according to driving of the driving motor; a deceleration gear unit which connects the driving motor to the driving wheel and transmits the rotating power generated by the driving motor to the driving wheel; a first housing which is coupled to the driving motor and covers at least a part of the driving wheel; and a second housing which is provided between the driving wheel and the first housing to be respectively coupled to the driving wheel and the first housing, and has a wheel accommodation unit provided at one side thereof for accommodating the driving wheel, and a gear accommodation unit provided at the other side for accommodating the deceleration gear unit. The first housing may be fixed by being coupled to the driving motor, and the second housing and the driving wheel coupled to the second housing may be provided to pivotably rotate together by using, as a rotary shaft, a gear shaft of a deceleration gear included in the deceleration gear unit.

Robot cleaner

The present disclosure relates to a cleaner station that has a coupling structure in which a dust collector cover is closed by coupling a dust collector. The cleaner station includes a docking unit where a cleaner climbs and is docked; and a station body configured to be connected to one side of the docking unit and sucks dust within a dust bin of the cleaner. The station body includes: a dust collector configured to collect the dust; a dust collector cover that is openable and closeable such that the dust collector enters and exits; and a rotation protrusion of which a portion is exposed to the outside. Accordingly, the dust collector cover can be closed only when the dust collector is coupled, so that a user is able to intuitively recognize whether the dust collector is coupled.

Cleaner station

Provided is a moving robot system including a moving robot and a charging station. The charging station includes a camera formed to capture the moving robot, a communication unit configured to communicate with the moving robot, a charging contact unit configured to charge the moving robot, and a control unit configured to control the camera to receive a preview image obtained by capturing the moving robot on the basis that the moving robot having been in contact with the charging contact unit is separated from the charging contact unit. The control unit performs different types of control on the basis of whether information indicating that the moving robot is being separated from the charging contact unit is received before the moving robot is separated from the charging contact unit.

A robot includes a first horizontal frame including a wheel and a motor for driving; a second horizontal frame which is spaced above the first horizontal frame and on which the control box is seated; a third horizontal frame which is spaced above the second horizontal frame and on which a sensor for autonomous driving is disposed; and a plurality of vertical frames which are spaced apart from each other on an upper surface of the second horizontal frame and connect the second horizontal frame and the third horizontal frame, in which the control box is provided so as to be capable of being drawn out inside the second horizontal frame through between two neighboring vertical frames.

Robot

A lawn mower robot may include a plurality of distance sensor units. Each distance sensor unit detects distance information between the lawn mower robot and a fence for partitioning a region. A controller calculates adjacent direction information using each detected distance information. In addition, the lawn mower robot includes a position sensor module. The position sensor module detects position information related to the lawn mower robot. The controller detects whether the lawn mower has deviated from a preset region by using the position information. When the lawn mower robot has deviated, the lawn mower robot can be moved in a direction according to the calculated adjacent direction information and return along the shortest path.

Lawn mower robot and method for controlling the same

A robot according to an embodiment may include: a plurality of wheels, a motor to drive one or more of the wheels; a supporting plate to which the plurality of wheels are coupled; and a charging module coupled to the front end of the supporting plate. The charging module may include a terminal providing an electrical connection with a charging station when the robot docks with the charging station; and a housing providing an internal space, the terminal rotating or moving vertically in the internal space when the robot docks with the charging station.

A lawn mower robot includes an outer cover, an inner body positioned in the outer cover and having a plurality of wheels for traveling provided on both side surfaces thereof, a plurality of blades rotatably mounted on a bottom surface of the inner body to cut grass, electric devices mounted inside the inner body and including a battery, wheel driving motors, a blade driving motor, a plurality of ultrasonic sensor modules, rain sensors, a user interface (UI) module, and a universal serial bus (USB) port, and a waterproof unit to prevent penetration of water into the inner body or the electric devices, thereby improving waterproof performance.

A lawn mower robot includes an outer cover; an inner body accommodated into the outer cover to mount wheels for traveling on both sides thereof; wheel drive motors mounted on both sides of the inner body, respectively, to drive the wheels, respectively; a rotating plate rotatably mounted on a bottom surface of the inner body; blades rotatably mounted on the rotating plate to mow the grass; a blade drive motor mounted inside the inner body to rotate the blades together with the rotating plate; a battery mounted inside the inner body to supply power to the wheel drive motor and the blade drive motor; a battery receiving portion extended upward in a protruding manner from a bottom surface of the inner body toward an inner space of the inner body to accommodate the battery therein; and a battery cover mounted to cover the battery receiving portion.

A lawn mower robot includes: an outer cover; an inner body accommodated inside the outer cover and having a plurality of wheels on both side surfaces for traveling; a rotating plate rotatably mounted on a bottom surface of the inner body; a plurality of blades rotatably mounted on the rotating plate to cut grass; a height adjustment unit to adjust height of the blades; and a height display unit to display the blade height, wherein the height display unit includes: an inner cover mounted on an upper portion of the outer cover; a display window formed through one side of the inner cover; and a ruler having numerals on an upper surface to display the height of the blades, and mounted inside the inner body to be movable up and down and back and forth in correspondence to movement of the height adjustment unit.

A lawn mower robot includes an outer cover; an inner body accommodated into the outer cover to mount a plurality of wheels for traveling on both sides thereof; a plurality of blades rotatably mounted on a bottom surface of the inner body to mow the grass; a plurality of support portions arranged to be spaced apart in front-rear and left-right directions on an upper portion of the inner body to movably support the outer cover in front-rear and left-right directions with respect to the inner body; and a plurality of injury preventing walls provided on a bottom surface of the inner body to prevent a user's hand from entering toward the plurality of blades from a lower portion of the outer cover, thereby preventing a user's hand or the like from entering the blades through a lower portion of the outer cover so as to improve safety.

The present disclosure relates to a lawn mower robot, and the lawn mower robot may include an outer cover; an inner body accommodated into the outer cover, and provided with a plurality of wheels for traveling on both sides thereof; a blade drive motor mounted inside the inner body; a rotating plate driven by the blade drive motor, and rotatably mounted on a bottom surface of the inner body; a plurality of blades rotatably mounted on the rotating plate, and unfolded to an outside of the rotating plate or folded to an inside of the rotating plate; a blade protection cover disposed on a bottom surface of the inner body to cover the rotating plate and the plurality of blades; and a sealing portion configured to seal between the inner body and the blade protection cover.

A lawn mower robot includes an inner body including wheels for traveling on both sides thereof, an outer cover mounted at an upper portion of the inner body and surrounding the inner body, a handle mounted at an upper portion of the outer cover, a plurality of support portions disposed to be spaced apart from each other at an upper portion of the inner body in a front-rear direction and in a left-right direction and elastically supporting the outer cover in the front-rear direction and in the left-right direction with respect to the inner body, and a plurality of movement range restricting portions respectively restricting movement ranges of the plurality of support portions. Moving robot

A moving robot includes an inner body including a plurality of wheels, an outer cover mounted at the inner body and surrounding an outer side of the inner body, a handle mounted at the outer cover, a plurality of support pillars spaced apart from each other on the inner body and elastically supporting the outer cover in a first horizontal direction and a second horizontal direction with respect to the inner body, a prop tab mounted at each of the plurality of support pillars and configured to fasten the outer cover to the support pillar, and a protrusion tab that extends upwards from an upper surface of the prop tab and penetrates through the outer cover.

A lawn mower robot includes an inner body provided with casters and wheels for moving, a plurality of blades rotatably provided on a bottom surface of the inner body to cut grass, a drive motor mounted on the wheels, respectively, to independently drive the wheels, and an outer cover mounted on and configured to surround an outer side of the inner body to be movable in forward, backward, leftward and rightward directions with respect to the inner body when colliding with an obstacle. A plurality of ultrasonic sensors are provided to sense an obstacle, and an ultrasonic guide unit is formed to be recessed rearward from a front end portion of the outer cover so as to restrict a downward propagation angle of ultrasonic waves generated from the ultrasonic sensors.
