A display device that includes a housing with at least one Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and a plurality of rollers disposed in the housing. The display device also includes a display unit which, in turn, includes a display panel and a module cover. The display device further includes a driving unit that is connected to the display panel and the module cover. The driving unit moves the display panel and the module cover between a first state and a second state. In the first state, the panel and module cover are wound around at least one of the plurality of rollers, and in the second state they are unwound from the at least one of the plurality of rollers and exposed by being drawn out from the housing.

Display device

Disclosed is a display apparatus. The display apparatus includes a flexible display panel for showing a picture, a panel support member disposed at the rear surface of the display panel for supporting the display panel, and a first hinge member fixed to the panel support member, the first hinge member having a predetermined axis of rotation. The display panel includes a first portion disposed in one side (first side) of two regions divided by an imaginary plane in which the axis of rotation is located and which is perpendicular to a front surface of the display panel and a second portion disposed in the other side (second side). The rear surface of the end portion of the first portion in the first side direction is exposed.

A display device is disclosed. The display device according to the present invention includes a display panel, a module cover coupled to the rear side of the display panel, and a housing coupled to the rear side of the module cover, wherein the housing comprises a driving unit configured to push at least part of the module cover such that the display panel is in at least one of a first state in which the display panel is flat and a second state in which the display panel is curved, wherein the driving unit comprises a motor assembly, at least one link having one side coupled to the motor assembly and the other side coupled to the module cover, and a guide coming into contact with at least one side of the at least one link to enable the at least one link to be pushed up and pulled down according to direction of a driving force transferred from the motor assembly.

A display apparatus includes a display module including a flexible display panel for displaying an image, and a variable member for varying a shape of the flexible display panel. The variable member includes a variable section capable of bending in shape. The variable member also includes a driver for supplying mechanical energy to bend the shape of the variable section, where the flexible display panel is varied in shape by the bending in shape of the variable section.

An image display device includes a flexible display unit bendable by an external force between a first state and a second state having different radii of curvature from each other, a pressing member disposed to face the flexible display unit and configured to apply the external force to the flexible display unit in a bending manner, and a drive part configured to pull both ends of the pressing member such that the pressing member is bent.
