The present disclosure relates to a touch panel and a touch display device including the same. A touch panel includes a plurality of first touch electrodes disposed on a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer disposed on the plurality of first touch electrodes and the first insulating layer, a plurality of second touch electrodes disposed on the second insulating layer, and a third insulating layer disposed on the plurality of second touch electrodes and the second insulating layer. A refractive index of each of the first insulating layer, the second insulating layer and the third insulating layer is the same as each other. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the visibility of the touch display device.

Disclosed is an optical-filter-cell-array structure and a method of manufacturing the same. An optical filter which includes an optical filter layer for blocking light of a specific wavelength formed on an upper side or a lower side of a tempered glass substrate is provided in the form of a cell array. The method includes forming a sheet-cutting part according to the form of a cell array on a mother glass substrate, tempering the mother glass substrate so that a lateral side of the mother glass substrate is tempered through the sheet-cutting part while an upper side and a lower side of the mother glass substrate are tempered, and forming an optical filter layer on the upper side or the lower side of the mother glass substrate.

Disclosed is a near-infrared filter. The near-infrared filter includes a filter-support-seat body including a quadrangular pillar cell region and a dummy region which surrounds the cell region and which is gradually reduced in size from the cell region, and an optical-filter-subdivision layer covering the cell region and the dummy region at a front side and a rear side of the filter-support-seat body based on the path of a light beam which is incident on the front side and penetrates the rear side in the filter-support-seat body. The display device includes a gate electrode and a pixel electrode on a substrate, an activation layer and a sensing contact portion, a source electrode and a drain electrode, and a gate insulation layer provided between the gate electrode and the activation layer and between the pixel electrode and the sensing contact portion. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the number of data lines arranged in the display panel. Also disclosed is a method of fabricating a display device with a built-in touch screen. The method includes forming a first gate electrode and a pixel electrode according to a first mask process, and forming an activation layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a touch sensing line according to a second mask process. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the number of mask processes.
